18/08/2024: The best raw ham in the world! And even the other Friulian cured meats are no joke. Pure poetry 🤣 Among my favorite dishes is polenta with Chianina ragu. For us a fixed stop every time we are in the area. In my opinion it is better to book because you risk not finding a place considering the high quality especially compared to other offers in the area...

very good
09/08/2024: we stayed for a few days at the Blum In, a delightful small hotel in the center of Rovetta. Clean, welcoming and comfortable facility. The managers are very helpful and kind, the breakfast was plentiful with fresh and excellent quality products, also much appreciated by the grandchildren.
A place to return to.

13/06/2024: Small place to have a nice and piping hot coffee with milk ☕ with brioche. They also have different types of bread. 🥐
It's interesting how to get to the bathroom. There is an elevator! But large and very clean, with a very modern touch. 🪻
It has its own car park, small... But with lots of movement! 🚗
03/06/2024: Lunch break OK! ...it's not among the fastest places in the service, but you can get back to work with an hour's break. Excellent food.
