12/10/2025: A lovely, welcoming place with young, friendly staff. We had two excellent appetizers (deer and fish) and some fabulous casoncelli. Highly recommended.

06/10/2025: Reasonable prices, friendly staff. The pasta we ate was great and truly self-made. We paid 40€ for two pasta dishes and a tiramisu including a drink and coperto (1,50€/person).

21/09/2025: A beautiful restaurant overlooking the Lovere harbor, the atmosphere is refined, and the staff is very attentive. The menu is always original and made with excellent ingredients. I highly recommend this place for a dinner with friends or as a couple, or even for a business lunch.

04/09/2025: We were drawn in by the beautiful lake view, but unfortunately everything else left much to be desired. The service was terrible from the start: the staff was inattentive, unfriendly, and rushed. The work environment was visibly dirty and messy, with little attention paid to both table management and general cleanliness. As for the food, it was a real disaster. We ordered pasta, which was truly unpalatable: not only was it poorly cooked, but the type of pasta was also awful; it tasted like something of poor quality, both in texture and flavor. A dish made without any attention to detail, neither in the choice of ingredients nor in the preparation. The only decent dish was the mixed fried fish with chips and salad, well-cooked and at least presentable. The gelato, while aesthetically pleasing, was mediocre in flavor, clearly industrial in quality. Overall, this place seems to focus entirely on speed, with no regard for the quality of the food or service. A beautiful view is not enough to justify such a poor experience.

17/09/2025: Right in the middle of Lovere's market square. A great place to enjoy an evening snack or a few Aperols. The staff is very attentive and friendly. The paninis are fresh and crispy. The value for money is absolutely reasonable for the great location. We love coming back here every year :-)

06/08/2025: Highly recommended. Their focaccia is the best I've had in Liguria and probably the best I've ever had. I've been a couple of times, and the second time I ordered two trays before leaving for home. The owner was really helpful, as I had a train connection and had to rush through everything. I'll definitely be back when I'm in the area again!

10/10/2025: Spectacular location on the lake. Friendly staff. Pork cheek with polenta and a creamy coffee and fig sauce were superb. The pizzas and mixed fried fish were also delicious.

06/10/2025: Nice location and good pizza dough, but everything else was terrible. Confusing and uninformed service, side dishes not listed on the menu. When asked if they had grillable vegetables, the lady at the table replied no, that they couldn't grill them, nor could you choose them because they were already pre-mixed and ready. "Okay, but what vegetables are they?" "Cooked vegetables." Ah. Okay (a small bowl of boiled diced vegetables arrives; perhaps you can find similar options at the hospital) There are no vegetarian dishes on the menu (all appetizers with meat or fish, the only meat- and fish-free first course is gnocchi with gorgonzola cheese, which still contains animal rennet; all main courses are meat or fish). Only one almond-based plant-based milk. It's helpful if you're gluten-free, but if all other intolerances and dietary restrictions aren't covered, perhaps it's not much use. €45 for two pizzas (one diavola and one porcini modified by removing the cheeses), two bottles of water, boiled vegetables, a net of chips, and a macchiato.
