05/01/2025: Ian's pizza is always a pleasant confirmation! Tried both the gourmet and the peel pizza... both amazing, very light, tasty and super digestible. Try the pairing with Bosio's Franciacorta Brut... the perfect marriage. Thanks to Ian and all the staff for this fantastic experience. Special mention also to the panettone which is now never missing from our Christmas table.

12/01/2025: Ormai per noi tappa fissa in coppia o in compagnia. Personale gentile, accogliente e molto attento. Materie prime ottime, piatti ben calibrati e gustosi. Chef preparato e attento: quando può passa tra i tavoli a scambiare due parole con i clienti. Fino ad ora non ci ha mai delusi. L’ambiente della sala è accogliente, non rumoroso e mette a proprio agio. Insomma, per noi è sempre una coccola, un momento per gustare ogni boccone di ottimi piatti in un contesto curato e gradevole. Avanti così!

we are not regular visitors but every now and then we like to stop by the Baita to taste one of their dishes, today, thanks to a beautiful day, it was one of those days and like the other times we were welcomed with courtesy and professionalism which combined with the excellent The food and the fantastic desserts make this restaurant one of the best in the upper valley with an excellent relationship between quality and cost, which is never a given.

26/08/2024: Excellent quality products and lots of choice. The prices are fair and everything is always fresh and very good. The staff is very kind and the shop is clean and very nice. They saved me several dinners and lunches!! Their focaccia made with sourdough is excellent. Absolutely recommended.

The rooms are simple, functional, very welcoming and really clean. Quality food, with traditional homemade dishes. Great location for various activities and excursions in the area. I have celiac disease and they were very knowledgeable about the dishes to offer. Excellent experience. Advise.

04/11/2024: Everything you don't want to see in catering... terrible quality of raw materials even the simple tomato on the pizza was terrible, hoax what a hoax it wasn't, not a basil leaf, not a drop of oil... and we're talking of pizza .... the dough is also terrible ..... ditto the meat, an inedible snowy cut ... a carpaccio with mushrooms from the jar .... even if it were a mushroom sautéed with garlic, parsley and wine it would have another taste ....waiter without uniform and without a minimum of restaurant culture.....I'm sorry to give a bad review but if I had scraped €80 it would have been more satisfying....the place needs to be refreshed...old like me and poorly maintained
20/10/2024: Sunday lunch booked for 1.30pm with telephone confirmation without any problem. Having arrived right on time, the lady (I deduce the owner) immediately informed us that the kitchen closed in 30 minutes, already from the answer the desire to get up was high (she could have warned us of this already during the booking phone call).
Hasty and hasty service (rightly the kitchen closed in 30 minutes), some choices were also missing on the menu, I would also like to point out: sliced meat served cold, burnt grilled vegetables and al dente risotto, a place and lunch to forget.
The only positive note: adequate price

25/08/2024: Ieri sera ho cenato al rifugio Magnolini, davvero molto bello e suggestivo. Buonissima la cucina ed il personale eccellente. Ci sono alcuni piatti anche per celiaci , taglieri ,carne salata, c’è la birra artigianale senza glutine, però nessun primo e dolci solo confezionati. Nel complesso è stata una buona cena
