28/03/2026: A lovely discovery! Welcoming, high quality, and courteous. We'll definitely return. The only problem is parking in the center, but that's a fixable issue.
Great! We're back...absolutely the same opinion! I don't remember what we ate last time, but this time, too, with the Gourmantico menu, everything was truly delicious. The portions were just the right size, and the attention to preparation and presentation was top-notch. The service staff displayed the usual courtesy and kindness.
22/03/2026: Gourmand experience at Frosio, asking for an alternative to the meat dishes. No problem! The atmosphere is classic, welcoming, with a lovely outdoor garden in the main square of Almè. Service is attentive to detail (they even replaced a wet knife for us by pouring water), and the food is delicious, especially the appetizers and first courses. A truly enjoyable lunch, unhurried and very relaxing.

28/03/2026: We dined with the Gourmantico initiative.
No complaints about the food, which was good quality. However, the service and experience weren't up to the level of a high-end restaurant, as one would expect from a Michelin-starred restaurant.
The presentation of the dishes was minimal, and the service was rushed and at times crude.
The feeling is that the Gourmantico initiative doesn't give the same level of customer care.
It's a shame, because reputation depends on these things.
27/03/2026: Dinner during the Gourmantico initiative with a menu for €80 per person.
Good food and a refined atmosphere, but the experience was ruined by a lack of transparency in the billing.
At the beginning of the dinner, we were offered an aperitif without being told whether it was an extra or the price. The event menu already included a bottle of wine for every two people, so we assumed it was part of the experience.
Only when we received the bill did we discover an additional €20 charge.
I wrote to the restaurant for clarification, attaching everything, but after two weeks I haven't received a response.
It's a shame, because from a restaurant of this caliber, one expects greater transparency and customer service.

19/03/2026: Last year (2025) my daughter celebrated her 18th birthday with her friends having an aperitif and she had a great time with the place, the food and the entrance of the cake with her favourite song, everything was fantastic and this year too (2026) she celebrated her 19th birthday
14/03/2026: We visited this place for an aperitivo, and right from the start, looking at the menu, we noticed a wide selection of both alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails, which is far from expected, especially when it comes to non-alcoholic drinks.
During aperitivo hours, all cocktails are priced at €10, but they come with a lovely complimentary platter, which is truly appreciated. Extra attention is also paid to those with special dietary needs: when ordering, they ask if you have any food intolerances or preferences, and a dedicated platter is then brought out based on that.
A very nice idea that makes aperitivo even more enjoyable and inclusive.

20/07/2025: Let's start with the assumption that the pizzas have a rubbery crust and arrive cold; an American pizza with sausages that weren't even reheated but were simply raw; a "Big Mama" was inedible, and I'll stop there. The real mistake made by the staff and the pizzeria was to open a website with their name, address, and identifying logo with prices different from their actual pizza prices (thus advertising on a website at a lower price than the actual price). We ordered five pizzas for a total of €42.50 on the website; the delivery man arrived and we paid €52.50 (and no receipt, by the way). We later realized our mistake and contacted the pizzeria, which said it forgot to update its prices and that the correct prices were on their flyer. Since we didn't have a flyer, like any other potential customer, we consulted their official website. They told us not to make a fuss about €10. They apologized, but insisted on our mistake in not having their flyer. During the discussion, they didn't offer us a refund, to which we were ENTITLED, and instead purposely attacked us. We called back, and twice the call was hung up on. The third time I answered, they arrogantly asked us how they could transfer the difference.

29/03/2025: Pizza buona nulla da dire ma il proprietario alla cassa super maleducato non ti guarda nemmeno in faccia, non saluta e a dare il resto te lo lancia come se fosse non so cosa!!! Mi vergogno per loro veramente… da non tornare più!!!

Forse un piccolo consiglio c’è una statua del puffo all’ingresso rotta che non è un bel vedere

18/05/2024: Abbiamo cenato ieri sera pizza per tutta la compagnia, pizza di qualità media, locale molto carino, servizio veloce.
