21/09/2025: Disappointing experience: My mother paid a €400 deposit in July for a week in September. We canceled well in advance, a month before, due to her health issues. According to their policy, we received a 50% refund, but I expected more flexibility, especially considering that my daughter was in the area and had asked to convert the remaining amount into services.
First, they told me I could stay for two nights, but then, when they saw what I was willing to do, they changed their minds. How unfair!
I was disappointed to find no empathy or willingness to accommodate, even just with a gesture of goodwill.

20/10/2025: Nice staff, the only flaw was that the tagliatelle scampi were still frozen and cold, a shame because they tasted good, but a bit expensive for the portion.
14/10/2025: We stopped at this restaurant by chance during a motorcycle ride, attracted by the beautiful terrace overlooking the sea.
The very friendly staff immediately found us a table even though the place was packed.
We had a seafood lunch, and the quality was evident from the first bite, and the bill was fair.

26/05/2025: Abbiamo letto le recensioni al venerdì sera e abbiamo subito prenotato per il sabato sera , subito al telefono si vede la serie , ci avvisano che è pieno però se passiamo per le 21:30 un posto per 2 salterà fuori, così abbiamo seguito il consiglio, arrivati alle 21 :30 , ci hanno accolto con un gran sorriso e cortesia , tutti gli ingredienti sono di prima qualità, si vede e si sente , serviti nel tempo giusto , tutto cucinato a doc , hanno un ottimo menù , vasta scelta di vini e di dolci , spazi adeguati al cliente , prezzi nella norma , staff molto cordiali e simpatico , ci torneremo la prossima volta sicuramente, parcheggio in zona c’è , prenotare per tempo

21/09/2025: A wonderful day at the beach! And why not end it with a good dinner?
I booked and arrived a little early. A table right on the beach (it's the lido restaurant), with a splendid view of the island of Bergeggi and Capo Noli, with the bay of Spotorno and Noli itself.
So far, so good.
I ordered fried food (anchovies, shrimp, vegetables, calamari (frozen), and my wife ordered stuffed calamari (frozen).
I don't understand. You have the sea 5 meters away, and you're serving me frozen products!!!!
You charge me 22 euros for fried food! Well, I expect fried food to be delicious and worth returning for. Instead,...,... a soulless fried food (perhaps worth 14 euros).
The calamari (3, actually) was 18 euros, meaningless. Wine (a half bottle of Vermentino) was 13 euros.
The cover charge was 5 euros to finish off on a high note.
Spending a lot and eating well is fine. Spending a lot and leaving disappointed by the absurd prices is NOT.
30/08/2025: It's embarrassing, rude people. Perhaps the right job for them would be to work alone in the archives, away from the public. Terrible, unhelpful, they don't keep separate accounts, and they hang the sign a meter off the ground. How embarrassing.

The staff were friendly and helpful.
The prices were average; for a dish, water, and coffee, I spent €18, with limoncello included.

28/09/2024: Gelateria indicata da una amica dopo una serata in giro per il paese. Buona varietà di gusti, ho preso nocciatella e Bueno. Purtroppo non mi ha colpito granché. Consiglio comunque di provarlo.

10/09/2024: Prezzi assurdi qualità veramente scadente, panino pomodoro mozzarella 7 euro, mozzarella quella a striscette usata per condire le pizze, veramente imbarazzante, ladri.
25/08/2024: Francamente non posso dare un giudizio sulla loro cucina perché non ci abbiamo mangiato!
La mattina prenotiamo un tavolo per le 13.30 e puntuali ci presentiamo allora i indicata per il pranzo; la proprietaria (immagino) ci risponde di attendere 5/10 minuti che il tavolo dove saremmo stati accomodati stavano bevendo il caffè…. Passano 5/10/15 minuti ma ancora niente; chiediamo nuovamente se l’attesa sarebbe stata ancora lunga al che mi sento rispondere: “Signora se ha fretta e non può attendere può anche andare!!” … Abbiamo seguito il suo consiglio e siamo andati via! Ora sono una donna di mondo, capisco l’altissima stagione, siamo alla fine di un agosto di una domenica in Liguria, pieno di turisti giornalieri, capisco che la precedenza si preferisca darla a chi alloggia al Lido ma signora mia un po’ di diplomazia in più non avrebbe guastato … ma non devo insegnarle io il lavoro 🫣 … giusto una precisazione: avevamo una signora invalida e una bambina nel gruppo di 7 ma a mio avviso la scortesia, anche se non ci fossero state, non sarebbe stata di meno valore! Peccato occasione mancata
