17/09/2025: I stopped in for a business lunch with a former colleague. Reservations are recommended as there are only a few tables. The food was excellent, and considering a full meal costs only €12, I'd say it's worth a stop if you're passing through.

11/01/2026: The four stars are obviously related to the size of a "village trattoria" (which are the most "authentic" ones, or at least the ones I like best); except for the quality of the food, which, especially the starters and side dishes, is in no way inferior to the "prepared" dishes in restaurants.
14/12/2025: Traditional cuisine, quite satisfied, I recommend bottled red wine, pesto with a particular garlic flavour, but very easy to digest

07/12/2025: I'm telling you the truth: a beautiful place decorated for Christmas, good food, and very kind people! But please heat better because there were penguins there, and eating in the cold isn't fun for anyone.

09/11/2025: Today my husband and I returned to the places of my childhood and we decided to have lunch at Lencisa, just a few minutes from the Guardia sanctuary. We felt right at home; the staff were very kind, the service was fast, and the food was delicious. Highly recommended! We'll be back!

11/10/2025: I was out walking the dogs at Gaiazza and it was getting late, I called and asked if we could eat something... Despite the time and the 4 dogs they told me to go anyway... They were very kind and helpful.. and I ate a delicious plate of trofie with pesto!!!
01/10/2025: Excellent food! Long wait for dishes. Small portions.

03/01/2026: The restaurant offers good Genoese cuisine and excellent stuffed focaccias and also thin and large pizza in a unique family atmosphere. The dish is under the pizza!!!!
26/12/2025: Family Christmas lunch with traditional Genoese cuisine. Generous dishes prepared to perfection. Very friendly staff, constantly asking for seconds. The fireplace is a plus. Definitely recommended.
