22/07/2024: Veniamo ogni anno a Pescia al Mare da 4 anni e I Girasoli e’ tappa immancabile ogni anno: location carina, immersa nel verde, personale professionale e cordiale, servizio velocissimo e pesce e carne davvero buoni e super freschi! Prezzi nella media ma rapporto qualita’ e quantita’/ prezzo giusta! Lo consiglio… non siamo mai rimasti delusi!

21/08/2024: A very friendly place, the pizzas are thin but the dough is good and easily digestible, the toppings were adequate in quantity and quality. The pizzas are very large! Very few places outdoors but inside is better. The prices are honest, all in all you spend little compared to other places. The service is fast and the dining room staff is always very kind. Furthermore, they always found a place for us even if we arrived late so we can only give 5 stars for courtesy, availability and cuisine. The location is a bit spartan but if the food is good, the rest matters little. Unfortunately we didn't have the opportunity to test the first and second courses but from what we saw with our eyes I would say generous portions and customers who finished everything so definitely worth trying on our next return to Montalto.

10/12/2024: Excellent place where I will definitely return. The fish excellent. The cute and kind girl. The only flaw was finding the octopus a little hard but this also depends on personal taste.

And it's already clear that the only restaurant open nearby on Sunday evenings is having a hard time... 17/11/2024: Today, November 17, 2024 we went for lunch at this restaurant. Excellent octopus appetizer First course, exquisite fish amatriciana scialatielli, tasty seafood risotto but overcooked rice, fried squid and prawns which had absorbed too much oil, squid too soft and finally I had asked for a plate of baked potatoes and I received some potatoes boiled and sautéed with some tomatoes in a pan which, having not been cleaned well in previous uses, transmitted the taste of burnt oil to the potatoes, we tasted two or three and left them. When I was going to pay, the person at the checkout asked me how it went and I replied almost right and told her the reason, the girl apologized and didn't make me pay for the potatoes. At this point, having heard what I had said, the owner intervened, telling me that the pan had been cleaned and that it wasn't possible, then continued to be rude and raise his voice. We left annoyed by the owner's way of doing things. Finally shortly after, we were walking near the restaurant and we saw a car coming towards us and the driver was speaking to me with an aggressive tone of voice and using offensive terms, swear words etc... he was the owner of the place we had been to shortly Before. It's up to you to consider this person and the way to manage a restaurant The 1 star rating is due to the behavior of the owner

19/08/2024: Di rientro da Talamone con il nostro camper van, abbiamo deciso di fermarci in questo ristorante di nostra conoscenza. Ottima come sempre l'accoglienza e, ovviamnete, il cibo. Un buon rombo con patate e verdure con un buon prosecco Trentino. Ovvio, spesa un pò oltre lo standard ma lo ritengo in linea con un buon ristorante, quale il Vulci.

20/08/2024: Very nice place, shame about everything else. We were served by a very rude gentleman, gluten-free pizza costs €17 and a frozen pizza is served in an aluminum pan. Not quality fish... Very not recommended place for a celiac and highly not recommended for everyone else.
