13/10/2025: A true institution for those who know Tolfa. I was lucky enough to see Adriana at work, and certain images are unforgettable: she would place the pan in the wood-fired oven, then, halfway through cooking, she would take it out with a confident gesture and place it on the counter. Then, with her plate piled high with mozzarella, she would top it with her unmistakable gesture. A gesture that has remained in the hearts of those lucky enough to watch her work.
Today, the baton has been passed to Rosella and Raffaella, who continue to carry on this beautiful tradition with love and simplicity. The shop is still there, on the Tolfa avenue, tiny, but rich in history and flavor.
The pizza? Just one, as always: mozzarella. It's not thin, it's not thick: it's unique. Every 10-15 minutes, a steaming pan comes out. Watch your taste buds! It's piping hot... and impossible to wait.
For those who go there today, it's a corner of the true Tolfa, still intact.
You have to try it at least once in your life. But trust me: it will be the first of many.

16/11/2025: If you want to eat well and not have to wait three hours staring at each other for food, avoid this place.
We waited an hour for a plate of pasta with wild boar ragù, which was incredibly salty, with very little choice of dishes, and the bathrooms were extremely dirty... despite there being very few people there.
For what we waited and ate, we paid a lot:
Never again.
19/08/2025: I've been going there since I was a kid, and you can't eat there anymore. I'm really sorry about this review.
Change your approach because I don't know if you're aware of it, but it's truly a shame to run your restaurant this way.
And I don't think you even realize it.
Aren't you interested in numbers?
But at least keep your longtime customers close.

27/07/2025: Tutto molto bello colazione perfetta unica nel suo genere con prodotti particolarmente buoni genuini differenti da quelli che dí trovano in giro accoglienza superlativa camere stupende pace tranquillità posto incantevole vicino al mare
23/03/2025: Ristorante curato ed accogliente all'interno di un'azienda agricola, in una posizione molto bella, con vista mare. Abbiamo apprezzato molto che le materie prime provengano dall' azienda e ci sono piaciuti tutti i piatti provati, in particolare i secondi. Prezzi nella media. Consigliato!

29/09/2024: Ritornato qui dopo l'esperienza positiva di 3 anni fa ho avuto una decisa riconferma della qualità di questo bel ristorante accanto ad un aeroporto privato per ultraleggeri.
Ottima qualità di primi e secondi piatti, abilmente cucinati dalla proprietaria che ci mette amore e passione.
Unica nota dolente risultano i prezzi che si sono allineati al rialzo, attestandosi sulla media del luogo, mentre anni fa era risultato molto più economico.
