29/06/2025: Ho cenato al ristorante Birreria Coaster Nettuno e ho trovato l'atmosfera molto accogliente e il personale estremamente gentile, especialmente cameriere brasiliano spiegato in dettaglio il menu .Ho apprezzato particolarmente il Pucci e fritti alla perfezione e aveva un sapore delizioso. Il rapporto qualità-prezzo è buono e tornerò sicuramente😍

22/08/2025: The place is always busy, the food is excellent, the mix of raw and cooked appetizers is very tasty, and the first and second courses are excellent. The only flaw, which I didn't really appreciate, is the lack of a menu where you can choose and see the prices. You have to order blind, and since the final bill isn't exactly cheap, sixty euros a head, I'd like a little more transparency.

10/05/2025: Highly recommended! We have been for dinner several times in this small restaurant (I think it has about 30 seats) and we have always eaten very well. Excellent and well presented dishes. Truly kind and attentive service but, in any case, not rigid. The cost is not low but the quality/price ratio is certainly more than correct. A certainty.

25/07/2025: The atmosphere is nice, small but cozy (*)—too cozy for a takeout establishment. The food is excellent and reasonably priced for the area. The staff is friendly and helpful. Recommended. We ordered appetizers, homemade seafood gnocchi, and fried shrimp and calamari with grilled vegetables. Everything was delicious, and we spent €30 total. (*) There are six tables that can't be reserved, so get there early or opt for takeout or delivery. Edit: We returned today. The saltimbocca alla romana and seafood salad were also very good and affordable.

18/08/2025: We had excellent first courses and a very good fried dish. I highly recommend the tonnarelli with cheese, pepper, mint, and shrimp tartare—it was truly delicious.

18/08/2025: Everything was excellent. I've NEVER eaten such tender, flavorful grilled fish, and the shrimp tasted like the sea, not ammonia. I highly recommend it, and I'll be back.

18/06/2025: Very nice place both as internal room and the space outside, large parking, a nice fireplace where they prepare excellent grilled meat, all the first courses with homemade pasta very good, also good sauces and desserts, kind and helpful staff. The cost is acceptable and accessible to all for the relationship with the quality to return.

16/07/2025: Welcoming facility close to the station. The owner and staff are friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is refined, with outdoor smoking areas and a well-appointed common room for relaxing and enjoying breakfast. The bedroom is clean and modern, with a comfortable bed and the option to block out the light, which is crucial for a good night's sleep. The only downside for those with heavy suitcases is the stairs to reach the floors. I'll be back!

22/07/2025: We were there on August 25th for a BBQ fish-themed evening. The service was friendly and efficient. The location was beautiful and relaxing. The menu was sophisticated, with very unique flavors and well-executed pairings, and the wines were excellent. The welcome aperitif was delicious, the homemade bread was excellent, the hanging salmon was very good, the amberjack and buffalo mozzarella were very delicate, the red mullet and parmigiana were very good, the swordfish and puttanesca were mouth-watering, the mopping up of the bread was a must. The cod and panzanella were excellent, the lettuce and anchovies were a success, the scallops with coffee were a very daring pairing, but they turned out well, and to finish, the grilled pineapple with an excellent gin and tonic. The chef was very good, the dishes were carefully thought out and well executed. Congratulations, a great evening! I'll definitely be back.

It's too simplistic to call it a restaurant... Syntesi is a spa of flavor. We'd been there several times for dinner and decided to make it an event, one that was meticulously planned down to the last detail. Trying is believing!!!
