Regardless of the countless flavors to try, there is only one thing to say in favor of customers.....
The wait was a little longer than usual, but as I already wrote above, IT'S EVERYTHING MADE AT THE MOMENT, THERE IS NOTHING FROZEN....., and obviously the taste doesn't make any difference.
Artisanal supplies, tasty platters, sandwiches that won't make you regret Tivoli..., craft and draft beers with controlled prices, make the LA TRIADE pizzeria in a beautiful medieval village a very pleasant evening to share with friends.

Unfortunately we lost money and on top of that we had to pay for another facility for the overnight stay 😡

10/03/2025: Local near Guidonia. Good and particular appetizers with a wide choice on the menu. I found the real strength in the rigorously wood-fired pizza. The price was also fair. Price-quality pizzeria highly recommended.
It recently moved to near the Truckable area of Guidonia, specifically to Via Colle Giannetta, 90.
08/03/2025: After 1 hour of waiting we still didn't have the starters. I wanted to leave, luckily the food is very good, but from the time we arrived at 9pm, we were able to eat until 11pm. Let's say that the service should be increased because evidently it is not enough for all the people there.

11/02/2025: Good evening, my name is Antonio and I am a lorry driver despite the stupid hours for a peaceful dinner due to work there is pizza there. Congratulations to Mr Michele for his timing and above all for the exquisiteness of his pizza. A nice capricciosa on the fly.
10/02/2025: Worsened at most, the pizza was inedible, stringy, the mozzarella, if you can call it that, looked like glue. A clear decline I would no longer recommend it as I did some time ago.

13/02/2025: Poorly frequented place, at least when I tried to get served. I say "I tried" because the staff served these "gentlemen" first, making them pass in front of me who had been waiting for ten minutes. obviously I left and needless to say I won't be returning.

29/09/2024: Locale simpatico,accoglienza ottima,aperitivo all'aperto con prosecco e quadratini di focaccia bianca.
Si era in più di 20 coppie ed abbiamo soltanto pizza già sporzionata su vassoi che conteneva 6 quadrati di pizza tre + tre di due gusti diversi: funghi,prosciutto, bianche e rosse,boscaglia,capricciosa,Napoli,Margherita,fiori di zucca e salsiccia ed alla fine pizza con la nutella,il tutto innaffiato con vino,aperto a tavola,birra acqua, caffè e ammazza caffè.
Essendo in tanti il servizio è stato celere e senza aspettare molto. Il personale molto professionale e cortese.
La pizza è stata,in tutte le sue varianti,molto buona,bassa e croccante veramente fatta bene.
Alla fine della cena ci siamo complimentati con il pizzaiolo ed il personale di sala,prezzo giusto.
Penso di ritornarci con la famiglia,comunque lo consiglio però occorre necessariamente prenotare,il locale non molto grande,tolti noi era tutto pieno. Parcheggio molto vicino al locale,praticamente è attaccato. Andateci è un consiglio.
11/08/2024: Dopo un inaspettato cambio di programma con la mia famiglia, cerco una pizzeria in zona per poter mangiare qualcosa senza troppe pretese. Le recensioni erano confortanti e quindi propongo di provare questa pizzeria.
L’ambiente è informale e gradevole, il servizio abbastanza veloce, le pizze sono di forma rettangolare e vengono servite su delle tavolette di legno. L’impasto è leggermente lievitato, quindi piuttosto leggero, il condimento decisamente abbondante.
Abbiamo ordinato due margherite (buone) ed una “pistacchiosa” con mozzarella, crema di radicchio e granella di pistacchi (buonissima).
Non mi posso pronunciare sui fritti, i calzoni ed i dolci perché abbiamo ordinato solamente le pizze, ed è stato meglio così perché erano davvero generose!
Una bella sorpresa, non escludo affatto di tornarci in futuro.
