27/09/2023: Ci siamo stati oggi a pranzo. Il ristorante è aperto da poco ed è conduzione familiare. Il ragazzo che ci accolti e stato bravissimo ci ha fatto sentire a casa . Abbiamo preso un antipasto in due che sono ben 9 portate abbondanti , due spaghettonni con le vongole anche questi due piatti belli abbondanti soprattutto di vongole una Ribolla gialla un'acqua e un sorbetto al limone anche questo squisito infine due caffè che ci hanno offerto.. Pensavamo di spendere di più invece siamo rimasti sorpresi dal conto. Complimenti a tutto lo staff continuate cosi...

21/07/2023: Mangiato veramente, veramente bene. Dall antipasto di crudo e soute di cozze, ai tonnarelli allo scoglio e la frittura, tutto delizioso e fresco. Super gentili e veloci anche

08/08/2024: Vero che era sabato sera,vero che faceva caldo,vero che c'era tanta gente ma lavorare come se ti facessero un favore e senza un mai un sorriso è un pò troppo.. Da una gelateria in darsena mi sarei aspettato una qualità migliore del gelato,siamo rimasti tutti delusi.

02/02/2025: Buona qualita prezzo diciamo in linea con fregene, forse ancora riesce a contenere qualche prezzo a differenza di altri locali del posto. Pasta fatta in casa e qualche fuori menù molto stuzzicante Accettano animali Diciamo che si può tornare molto volentieri

02/09/2024: Sabato 24 dopo qualche anno siamo ritornati all'Oasi per trascorrere una giornata al mare nel loro stabilimento, con la cortesia anche per il parcheggio interno, e abbiamo optato per il pranzo nel ristorante. Molto gustoso l'antipasto misto, buono lo spaghetto alle vongole, perfetto quello con spigola e limone, bene il soutè di cozze, fragrante la paranza. Bella veduta direttamente sulla spiaggia, veloce il servizio, cortesia in sala, prezzo onesto.

12/11/2024: DO NOT USE GIOVANNI SPAGNUOLO FOR A SURVEY!!! Nautilus Marina is a good shipyard. The staff is friendly and helps where possible, everything in previous reviews is correct. Is everything going well, no, mistakes are also made, but that happens everywhere. But when you inform Nautilus Marina about defects after their repair, it remains eerily silent. That is a pity. What this review is particularly about is our experience with the surveyor Givanni Spagnuolo, We bought a sailboat in 2023 through the broker of Nautilus Marina. We asked him if he knows a good surveyor. The answer I got was Giovanni Spagnuolo. Giovanni Spagnuolo is supposed to be an independent surveyor, and who is an expert to the court. Giovanni Spagnuolo tells you everything you want to hear, and he will check everything, what ever you ask him before and during the survey. This is were it ends. He does very little to nothing and also commits falsifications and tells untruths. For example, the report we received just under 3 weeks after the survey showed that all navigation electronics and the heater were in order and OK, while this was not the case. We had to replace all navigation electronics. Giovanni later admitted in a email that he did not checked anything what was discussed!!!. This also applies to the teak deck. The teak deck was 'fair'', as stated in the survey report. In reality, all seams need to be replaced, as determined by the woodworking department of Nautilus Marina. In addition, he did not check many other things at all, such as the 220 volt system, otherwise he would have discovered that the boiler was short-circuiting, the exhaust silencer was leaking CO2 into the boat and cooling water, 3 roof hatches were leaking, water in the bilge under the seat covers, the engine had not had a new oil filter/oil service since 2015, 3 seacocks had been replaced on the advice of a shipyard employee because they were very difficult to operate due to corrosion. etc. etc. etc. In addition, Giovanni Spagnuolo indicated during the consultation after the servey that everything on the boat was fine and in good order and that there was no problem at all, the rudder was in order and the sails were 70% in order when asked, there were no reasons why we should not buy the sailboat. While in reality the aluminum rudder rod showed serious galvanic corrosion and had to be replaced for safety reasons. The sails also have to be replaced because the sails are worn down to the thread. When confronting Giovanni Spagnuolo with this, you will get no or no clear answer. From someone like Giovanni Spagnuolo, who acts as an independent expert and expert in court, you would expect him to do his job professionally and accurately and if he makes a mistake, that he would correct it. The only thing he did after much insistence was, to award a very small compensation, a pittance, for replacing the rudder. Why Giovanni Spagnuolo acted in this way has never become clear. Whether he was good 'friends' with the seller or wanted to continue the sale of the sailboat, we will never know! But despite all this, Giovanni Spanuolo is still active for Nautilus Marina, when we left in April 2024. This review is only to prevent future boat buyers from making the same mistake as we did. Find your own inspector and avoid hiring Giovanni Spagnuolo for an inspection. DON'T DO IT!!!

14/06/2024: posto molto bello, semplice, accogliente e familiare nello stesso tempo: direttamente sul mare, ma riparato da una bella struttura. Si mangia bene, servizio molto gentile.
