22/12/2024: You go through Etruscan villages and discover rustic and authentic groves. This is the case of Polly, a Cerveteran trattoria that has nothing to send to starred gastronomic addresses, with the offer of healthy, genuine and good cuisine, made up of dishes that go down well without interference of any kind. Mixed appetizer, spaghetti ajo ojo and chili pepper and white polenta with chicory and sausage opened the dance. Tripe, omelette and cod continued with waltzes and polkas without any slowdowns or hesitations. A shrewd and friendly white wine helped the assimilation of the dishes with the right courtesy while the stirrup glass cheered up the tufaceous environment, instilling joy and happiness in the diners. Economical and popular, friendly environment. Well done, we'll be back.

Siamo entrati ci hanno fatto accomodare 20 minuti per prendere ordinazione, piatti sbagliati cameriere scorbutiche, purtroppo da quando la proprietaria non c’è più Stefania non ci si può più andare mi dispiace do 1 stella in quanto neanche il vino era buono sembrava eurospin niente sconsiglio vivamente!!!!!!

20/01/2025: Simply delicious pizza! Not soggy, as often happens, but dry, fragrant, with quality seasoning (in my case raw ham, burrata and courgettes) and, I add, also highly digestible. It was my first time eating at this place but I will definitely be back! Well done!

22/01/2025: I discovered this place thanks to a surprise birthday. Large and convenient parking, with places to eat both inside and outside. Outside I also saw a nice brazier and wood-burning oven. With the excuse we had the opportunity to taste a vast choice of dishes and appetizers including: land appetizer, pappardelle with wild boar, fried vegetables, grilled aubergines, roast suckling pig; Everything I have to say is excellent. You can perceive the quality of products grown on site. Passed with full marks.

01/01/2025: Last night December 31st we went to the restaurant which was a little expensive and without a tax receipt The first ones are not bad, the second one is of poor quality, the dessert is a piece of poor quality pandoro Being New Year's Eve we expected a richer dish.. 07/11/2023: For those who come from abroad and have few opportunities to try home cooking it is an exceptional place, unfortunately not everything is always available and you have to make do hoping to make up for it on the next trip (I await the Christmas holidays with my mouth watering). The mixture of artichokes in various traditional recipes is excellent during the artichoke season. In summer it can get really hot and unbearable outside, I don't know if there is air conditioning inside.

22/08/2024: We stayed at this farmhouse for the weekend after the mid-August holiday, what a truly beautiful discovery. We ended up in one of the new rooms, excellent cleanliness, tranquility. Mr. Maurizio and all the staff are very kind and always available for any need. Truly spectacular swimming pool and very well organized with very comfortable loungers. The food was all excellent, impeccable quality, the homemade pastas were really good, I liked the possibility of being able to choose between sea and land. Just a very small note, a greater variety in breakfast would have been appreciated, they are already preparing for the mini bar. Really a nice place, we'll see you soon.
