26/12/2024: From a renowned and now "historic" restaurant like La Trota you can only expect a superlative experience. In fact, expectations were not disappointed, Elegant, minimal chic venue, attentive and impeccable service, remarkable but fortunately not extravagant menu. You can choose to taste it (freshwater or land fish) or choose à la carte. I was given a tasting with matching wine and I assure you that the 15-course journey (tasting format) is an experience that satisfies the eyes but above all the mouth. My diner preferred to go à la carte and despite the disparity in the exits the service managed the times perfectly. For all these reasons I can highly recommend the visit.
