27/04/2025: I've been there twice for both dinner and lunch and the satisfaction has always been superlative. I've tried both the land and freshwater fish menus. It is the most popular international restaurant for this menu and tasting the dishes you understand why. I won't say anything else about the dishes because the story that the staff or owners tell about them is also a satisfaction. The location is truly suggestive due to the adjacent Santa Susanna springs and the perfectly maintained garden. I preferred to dine leaving the wine pairing up to them and I was impressed by the balance between the wines offered and the dishes served, however the excellent cellar satisfies even the most experts.
