21/08/2026: Confirmed with flying colors! Excellent and plentiful food, good ingredients. Delicious appetizers, tasty first courses, very tender second courses... and in the evening, excellent pizza too. The head waiter, Mr. Luigi, is super welcoming and always ready to satisfy your every request. The owners, very close siblings... Luca, Lidia, and Federica are super hospitable and above all very honest. PLEASE NOTE... not only the food, but they have rooms where my father, aged 89, spent a super relaxing week, pampered, served, and re-invited. God willing, he's already booked for next year. Finally, there's a lovely playground for the children, fenced in and equipped with a gate. Believe me, even though I'm super stressed with work, I can't wait to sit down at their cozy table to relax and enjoy a wonderful view surrounded by nature. THANK YOU!

19/08/2026: We arrived at 12:46, appetizers arrived at 1:30, and the steak arrived at 2:30, cut with a terrible knife. The breaded lamb chops looked like pieces of a brontosaurus. The bill was saltier than Himalayan salt. The waiters were unprofessional, and the cook brought the salt herself. Highly discouraged.

26/07/2026: 🚴‍♂️ An exceptional reference point for cyclists! Returning to the Albergo Ristorante Giuliana in Guarcino is now a wonderful certainty for our group. After completing a fantastic and challenging road loop starting from Alatri, passing through the Arcinazzo and Fiuggi plateaus, there's nothing better than ending the ride here. It's certainly not the first time we've stopped here, and once again, the hospitality and quality were top-notch. We enjoyed a fantastic first course, flavorful and perfect for recharging after all the miles and elevation gain. The typical Ciociaria cuisine, the family atmosphere, and the special attention they give to us two-wheel enthusiasts make this place a must-visit and highly recommended. An absolute guarantee! We'll definitely be back on our next ride!

29/07/2026: Authentic, genuine cuisine with a genuine flavor! I was truly impressed by the freshness of the ingredients and the quality of the dishes, which recall the flavors of yesteryear without too many frills. Special mention goes to the portions, which are decidedly generous and generous: you certainly won't leave here hungry! The friendly service and excellent value complete a positive experience. Highly recommended!

19/07/2026: I ordered a pizza, but it arrived wrong. I asked for a beer, but I had to get up and go get it. The bathroom was out of soap and paper towels. And if only I'd seen the open door to the kitchen beforehand, I never would have sat down.
