15/12/2024: Difficilmente nelle recensioni attribuisco cinque punti, ma questo ristorante li vale tutti!
La cucina ci ha conquistato. Abbiamo scelto dal menù una polenta al brasato, gnocchi al ragù di salsiccia, fettuccine ai funghi e anche al ragù. Per secondo un agnello porchettato, due porzioni di guancia di maiale cucinata a lenta cottura davvero squisita, contorni di friarielli. Dalla carta dei vini abbiamo scelto un Cerasuolo d' Abruzzo del 2022 che ben si è accompagnato alle portate.
Ambiente suggestivo, ricavato sotto le volte affrescate che richiama una taverna medievale sia nell'arredamento che nell'uso delle stoviglie in coccio.
Davvero una bella scoperta da consigliare!

02/02/2025: Typical cuisine and more. Excellent cheese and pepper. Mixed pasta with cannellini beans from Atina and sublime crunchy bacon. Delicious meatballs and boned chicken leg. Ingredients of the highest order and Cabernet from Atina perfect. Excellent service and bill. Location from a well-kept village tavern located in the beautiful and welcoming historic center of Casalvieri.

13/12/2024: The venue is an authentic jewel, characterized by welcoming rooms with stone walls that create a romantic and evocative atmosphere. Every detail is taken care of, from the mangers on the walls to the historical artefacts to admire, up to the cellar, the real jewel in the crown. Here Mr. Ernesto, a kind owner and charming storyteller, has created a unique fountain, from which the wine flows from above into a barrel, giving a touch of magic to the environment. The homemade cuisine is light, tasty and also suitable for those with special needs, such as celiacs. Among the dishes not to be missed, risotto and pinse stand out, prepared with quality ingredients. It is a place that captivates at first glance and will, without a doubt, become a favorite for those who visit it.

13/05/2024: Antipasto rustico a 10€ niente di che, ne ho mangiati di meglio in giro a 6-8€. Fettuccine comprate e non fatte in casa difatti non erano porose e il condimento ci scivolava sopra, da una locanda ci si aspetta pasta casereccia, 12€ troppi. Agnello alla griglia, tutti pezzi piccoli e tutti uguali, sembrava quello surgelato che si compra così, tanto a 14€ la porzione. La pera al cabernet è un buon dolce, originale.

e lo consiglio anche x un evento ..personale cordiale ..bagni super puliti ...ottima area di servizio situata tra Cassino e Sora sostate anche x un caffè poi all interno trovate espositori con prodotti eccelsi ..quando passo da quelle parti è diventata oramai la mia sosta preferita lo chef Marcello è uno chef stellato bravissimo .
