31/08/2025: We had the pleasure of staying at the Le Faeta farmhouse, near the town of Arpino in the province of Frosinone, from August 28th to 31st. We were a couple with two children, and from the first moment we realized we were in a special place, one that not only offers hospitality but also becomes a true life experience. When discussing establishments like this, it's crucial to emphasize their importance: farmhouses like Le Faeta are authentic bastions of well-being and Italian tradition. They represent not only a choice for those who want to escape the routine, but also a fundamental step in preserving and enhancing our gastronomic, agricultural, and cultural identity. Breakfast, for example, was a true journey through authentic flavors: fragrant biscuits, delicious tarts, homemade jams, and a Nutella-like chocolate spread, yet artisanal and completely unlike industrial products. To accompany all this, there were also delicious fruit juices, always locally sourced, produced directly by them, which were truly exquisite. Everything was rigorously prepared with the highest-quality ingredients, without preservatives or shortcuts. Each course conveyed attention, care, attention to detail, and respect for those who sit at the table. A breakfast like this isn't just a great way to start the day: it's an experience that lingers in your memory. During our stay, we also had the pleasure of enjoying two dinners and one lunch at the property: simply exquisite dishes, made with genuine, top-quality products. The meat was top-notch, perfectly cooked, tender, and flavorful, while the pasta dishes were truly fantastic, rich in flavor and prepared with the care that only authentic cuisine can convey. Every meal was a moment of pleasure and conviviality, confirming once again the extraordinary quality that characterizes Le Faeta. As for the accommodation, we stayed for three nights in the Aphrodite Room, a truly impeccable quadruple room. Hygiene-wise, it was perfectly sanitized, with spotless shelves and furnishings, welcoming, and meticulously maintained. Not just the room, but the entire property exudes order, taste, and harmony: every object is carefully placed, has its own purpose, its own history, and nothing is left to chance. In this regard, too, we can only express our complete satisfaction. But what truly makes this property extraordinary isn't just the quality of the food or the beauty of the rooms: it's the philosophy that guides it. Here, the guest isn't just a number, but a guest welcomed with warmth, respect, and dedication. This is the difference worth sharing: when you choose an agriturismo like Le Faeta, you're not just choosing a place to sleep, you're choosing to live in harmony with nature, with authentic flavors, and with true Italian hospitality. Establishments like this deserve a "gold medal" because they are true gems of our tourism: small jewels that make Italy one of the most beloved destinations in the world, not only for the beauty of its landscapes, but above all for the quality of its food, hospitality, and tradition. 26/12/2025: Disappointing experience on Boxing Day We visited Casale della Regina on December 26, 2025, and unfortunately, the experience was profoundly negative in every way. The waiter attempted to be friendly, but the result was completely inappropriate. When the children asked for fries, the response was a curt "no, they're bad for you"—a response that, besides being inappropriate in a restaurant setting, demonstrates a lack of professionalism. When we asked for a simple side dish, we were sarcastically told that "you should go home and get one." This kind of attitude has nothing to do with the courteous service expected from a restaurant. But the most serious problem was the service. We waited over an hour and a half just for our first courses, despite the dining room being practically empty with only two tables occupied. Waiting that long for a plate of pasta is simply unacceptable. When the plate of pasta with tomato sauce ordered for a teenager finally arrived, the portion was ridiculous: it didn't even reach 40 grams. As for the main courses, the meat arrived cold, and the tagliata was tough. This detail completes the picture of absolutely inadequate service. On a holiday like Boxing Day, we expected top-notch service. Instead, we found unjustifiable wait times, cold food, and tired staff. We cannot recommend this place.

01/12/2025: Booked by a friend through The Fork. Upon arrival, once seated, we were told that they didn't work "very much" with The Fork and therefore the lunch wasn't covered by the deal. So, reluctantly and given it was lunchtime, we stayed and ate the meal à la carte. Considerations: Improper behavior by the restaurant owner, because the reservation had been confirmed through The Fork, so if they didn't "work very much" with The Fork, they shouldn't have accepted the reservation.
