20/07/2024: I order an ICED matcha latte. I hear the barista say to his colleague “there’s no ice” and the other replies “there is, there is”. I SEE that he doesn’t put any ice in the drink and mixes everything. He gives me the glass and I say “but there’s no ice” and he replies “no there is, it’s blended with everything”. Now, I’m not stupid. If you blend the ice it makes a very loud noise, while there was no noise. If you’ve run out of something just say so, the customer changes the order or gets a refund, not that you give me a hot drink in the middle of July for which I paid €4 and you even take me for an idiot
