21/12/2024: Caffe Matteotti is a consolidated appointment when we come to Ciociaria, a good aperitif with a platter of excellent local products, salami, cheese, olives and pizza. The coffee is also good. Courteous table service even outdoors under a beautiful warm sun like today's. Good quality/price ratio Compliments.

29/07/2024: A nice restaurant, clean and tidy. Very kind and friendly staff. Dishes prepared with quality ingredients and with attention. You immediately realize when a dish is prepared not by a simple worker but by a person who loves his job. Positive experience. Recommended place. As soon as I can again I will return to this restaurant. ❤️

18/07/2024: Excellent dinner experience at Cavaliere Gourmet. We tasted the stuffed calamari, the ravioli stuffed with aubergine cream and burrata (special), an excellent slice of beef and a couple of excellent desserts. We had the pleasure of being served by Sofia, professional and attentive to detail.

22/10/2024: Where to start? Well, being it’s three quarters through October, we didn’t have a large selection of restaurants to eat at as majority of worthwhile locations are closed or have very limited days open. We looked on google and trip advisor and found this restaurant to be open as well as three others. Upon looking at the reviews on both Google and trip advisor we noticed several bad reviews. But upon reading the reviews we can notice something was not accurate and the reviews were done probably due to personality reasons. So, here we are. We walked from our BNB along the beach, had a couple aperol spritz’s at some spot on the road, waited till 7:30pm and were the first customers to dine at Culto. Immediately upon walking up we were greeted with Fabio, nice young man that was quick to assist. He sat us down, immediately asked us what we wanted to drink and answered questions as to what he preferred and gave us pointers for different wines. He wasted no time like many other servers at countless restaurants we have been to on our 16 day Italian journey. He made suggestions that were superb when it came to dinner. He made it very clear to us Canadians as to what we should expect with our meals. Me being an Albertan and knowing exactly how I like my beef, Fabio; made the perfect suggestion with the Austrian Holstein cut. Perfect marble and packed with tons of flavour and Culto had the preparation on point. My wife had a pasta dish where Fabio pointed out the finished result of the pasta is not usual and is harder than what people expect but is proper done. And she loved her dish. We also had potatoes that were done in a confit style with once again; flavour packed and cooked perfectly. Wine was perfect, drinks were cold, food was phenomenal, and service was superb. 12/10 and would go again.

03/10/2024: Ritornato , carne ed antipasto buono, prezzo leggermente sopra la norma, come sempre la nota dolente il servizio scadente, poco attento al cliente, poco organizzato, ASSENTE. per un ristorante con prezzi sopra la norma non può andare. Non credo di ritornare.

27/12/2024: Gran y amable servicio a pesar de que no había todo el tiempo lenguaje común, excelente comida y vino local de buen gusto.

11/12/2024: Di passaggio per Terracina ci siamo fermati per il pranzo in questo locale.Cibo di qualità e prezzi adeguati .Da ritornarci .
