13/06/2025: I called two weeks in advance to reserve a table for 30 people for a classy dinner. Two hours before the dinner they called me saying that there was not room for everyone and that they could put us at two different tables of 15 each. To which I said that a single table would be better. Shortly after I called back to find out if the problem had been resolved and they told me that the table would be a single table. Only once I arrived did I discover that the tables were separate. Furthermore, the staff was rude and told us several times to keep our voices down and to stand outside so as not to "obstruct the passage". So not only was our request not fulfilled, but we were also treated with little education.

13/06/2025: Rude and hasty staff. We had ordered for 30 (2 weeks in advance to avoid this type of problem) and shortly before the evening they called us asking if there were problems in dividing the table. When we answered yes and that in that case we would change restaurants, the owner said that there would be no problems, which instead did not happen.

07/07/2025: A horror movie set! Characters coughing up phlegm at the tables outside the entrance. Cleanliness non-existent. In short, a thrill for horror lovers

03/03/2025: We sat down on Fat Thursday (of course Italians don't know this custom) and we left very satisfied

01/03/2025: I stopped for a coffee, cappuccino and a piece of pizza, there were 2 of us. I ask if we can be there and they point to some stools, as they are uncomfortable I ask if we can go to the lounge and he says there is no problem and we can go wherever we want. Tight spaces and face to face with your neighbor. We ask for two glasses of water which are generally provided with the coffee..... Waiting for 10 minutes.... Finally my friend tries to go to the counter and attract to bring them to the table. The surprise comes with the bill. Coffee 2.50, cappuccino 3.50 and a strip of pizza (very good) almost 10 euros... Stuff that in a pizzeria we would have gotten a round pizza and we would have been served better. No one had mentioned surcharge at the table. When I had the coffee standing it cost 1.30. No menu displayed, almost all foreign and colorful staff, perhaps placed there on purpose due to the reduced communication capacity with Italians. My idea huh... I do not recommend for the incorrectness, for customer care and for the prices, I recommend for the taste of the products. .... But what can I say, tourists are their main target, customer care doesn't count.

11/11/2024: Avevo tanto sentito parlare di questa "Miss Frascati", il tipico biscotto tradizionale. Ho scelto questo forno dove mi è stata fatta pagare €5, nonostante poco vicino ci sia un forno che la fa pagare €4. Speravo nella qualità, invece una delusione. La preparazione è solo bella a vedersi. Il biscotto era duro e stoppaccioso. Non è servito nemmeno lasciarlo a prendere un po' d'aria. Mezzo mangiato e mezzo finito nel cestino.

17/06/2025: Good local food. Touristic place, which means higher prices than average for pizza. Avoid the margarita pizza , the 3 cheese pizza is highly recommended.

17/01/2025: You can make the production as good as you want, but if the staff is rude, rude and disrespectful you will never get more than one star, there is little you can do. The person from Eastern Europe (among other things, I am too so as not to be accused of racism) who works as a cashier has terrible behaviour: neither "good morning", nor "thank you" not even a smile, rather a sour face and with it stinks under the nose. Choose carefully who works with customers

04/01/2025: we requested an order for a birthday party and we can only compliment the quality of the products. unfortunately, at the time of collection, one of the trays was not given to me and once I had received confirmation by telephone I had to rush back to collect it with the guests arriving at the house

08/07/2025: I was there on Saturday night with friends... June 28, 2025, it was forbidden to pay by debit card as requested by the organizer... you paid directly to the owner, a PR delegated 2 ladies... at a small table to take only cash from the event with live music to dance to... there were about 100-110 people... the service was very slow, the food poor... the bathrooms were dirty and unsanitary... I was not given any receipt for tax payment... I and everyone else having noticed it... with my friends... all money taken under the table... never again next time I will call the relevant person...

23/03/2025: When asked “how long to sit?” they reply to everyone with "half an hour", spoiler: 2 hours of waiting. Small place, good food but not worth the wait. Rejected.

12/05/2025: Ingannati dalla location, effettivamente carina e in posizione comoda per il turista, è però quel che si dice proprio un posto da turista. Le nostre ordinazioni comprendevano le classiche cacio e pepe, carbonara, gricia, amatriciana, hamburger con contorni, una frittura di calamari e gamberi. Il tutto era assolutamente scadente, la qualità non corrisponde al prezzo: il tonnarello è in realtà uno spaghetto quadrato e non certo pasta fresca, la frittura sicuramente di quelle surgelate in busta. Senza contare che siamo stati accolti al tavolo senza nemmeno un cestino di pane, che abbiamo dovuto chiedere. Il servizio, per quanto il personale faccia del suo meglio, risente di una gestione a mio parere non all' altezza per un locale che cerca di presentarsi glamour. E, last but not least... I bagni... Lasciate ogni speranza o voi ch'entrate.

11/05/2025: Pedí una ensalada César... Cuando llegó la lechuga estaba cocinada y parecía horrible... cuando le pregunté al camarero si estaba hecha para cocinar, me trajo a regañadientes una ensalada mixta. Cuando la factura llegó y fue desafiada ya que nos facturó una ensalada César el camarero recibió el menú para señalar que fue nuestro error ya que decía que la lechuga estaba a la parrilla... ... ... ... !!! No es así, decía lechuga crujiente en el menú... su error, pero no se disculpó y tuvimos a discutir para cambiar el proyecto de ley. También nos facturaron por un canapé de tomate picado en tostadas que supusimos que era complementario (a todos se les daban estos a la llegada! ) Definitivamente NO recomendaría

30/06/2025: Saleswoman devastated by sadness, poor thing, maybe it was too hot. A word of advice: don't treat customers like that. Even if you are tired and dissatisfied with the working conditions.

02/05/2025: With great regret, I must report a very serious episode. I ordered a piadina with salmon in this place and, during the meal, I found huge thorns inside the salmon. I'm talking about real long, hard bones, which could have caused serious damage if accidentally ingested. Furthermore, after showing the photos to an expert in the sector (a fishmonger), I was told that it was spoiled or poorly preserved salmon, potentially harmful to health. I was lucky not to have any symptoms (it's still early to say, it happened to me yesterday), but the presence of such large thorns in a ready-to-eat food is unacceptable, especially in a place open to the public. I hope this report is taken seriously, because customer safety is at stake.

05/04/2025: mamma mia che esperienza..... imbarazzante! questo posto ha solo il pregio di trovarsi esattamente sulla spiaggia di Sabaudia, quindi un luogo meraviglioso; detto ciò evitatelo! i piatti sono senza senso, niente di che. ho chiesto uno spaghetto con le vongole e mi sono arrivati gli spaghetti con le conchiglie, ma delle vongole non c'era neanche l'ombra! veramente inqualificabile

16/02/2025: Con il sole la location esterna merita ma tutto finisce lì. Servizio lento e approssimativo, piatti e quantità ridicole, prezzi assolutamente esagerati.

18/05/2025: Siamo andati per mangiare una frittura di pesce, senza troppe pretese… Abbiamo preso anche uno spaghetto alle vongole, senza infamia né lode Un soute di cozze, buono Delle fritture di calamari e gamberi, niente di particolare, mediocri Frittura di alici, non classificabile Scarola, salata da morire.

01/06/2025: Siamo entrati per un pranzo veloce e siamo rimasti due ore per la piacevolezza del posto per la squisitezza dei piatti per l'accoglienza attenta , insomma un posto da frequentare P.s. un plauso per i quadri .

18/05/2025: Esperienza negativa. Pagare 35 euro per quattro spritz serviti in bicchieri di plastica e una misera ciotolina di arachidi è inaccettabile. Da un locale del genere ci si aspetterebbe ben altro.

07/04/2025: Sunday morning, as always, there were a lot of people and after having made the receipt for me and a friend, we lined up at the counter. The bartender was very nervous, he snorted, responded acidly to customers' requests and walked past us without giving the slightest sign of seeing us, as if we were transparent. Nonetheless, we waited patiently and said nothing when he served customers who arrived after us twice, as we were in no particular hurry. On the THIRD time, however, when he turned to take the order of a boy next to us who had just arrived, I pointed it out, without raising my voice or getting angry in any way; the bartender's reaction was, with a boastful tone and a mixture of arrogance and condescension, "ma'am, tell me what you want, without making a scene and do it quickly". A very rude person, moreover completely gratuitously. I gave up the money already spent and preferred to have breakfast elsewhere.
