04/01/2025: Let me start by saying that I rarely give negative reviews, but there is a limit to everything, especially the lack of room and bathroom cleaning really disgusted me. We are of a certain age and we are often in northern Italy, so we have seen a lot of hotels, apartments and even campsites, but the dirt found here will ensure that we will never return to this place (where we have stayed dozens of times). I've seen much cleaner campsites. The toilet inside is black (we also have a dated second home but the sanitary fixtures are still shining white), behind the bidet and toilet there was a mass of hair, cats of dust and 5 or 6 flies. Even the edge of the toilet is covered in layers of black dust. The bathroom mirror was dirty and the shower as well (there were long hairs). Here vacuum cleaners and sanitizers don't know what they are. The bottom sheet hadn't even been rolled up and that's okay. We only stayed 3 days and the bathroom has NEVER been cleaned, absurd, the room must be cleaned every day!!!!!! and in the bed they had only pulled up the duvet without pulling the sheet underneath. I couldn't wait to get back to my clean house. The guys who run it are probably very young and have no experience, which is a shame because she is very kind and cheerful, but that's not enough. The mini bar in the room is nice. There is a lack of attention to detail because there is an espresso coffee machine with 2 free pods, but there is no sugar or teaspoons There is also a water kettle, but what's the point if there are no tea bags, herbal teas or anything else??? Another very sore point is the breakfast which should be rich and with local products; Breakfast here is a hassle, it must be ordered the day before by writing what you want, the quantities and the time of arrival. Bread I imagined the classic rosette but instead it is a loaf that everyone touches to cut a slice of bread. Tasteless ham and cheeses, not local like the classic Frant or salty cheese; packaged and single-dose jams (like Hera) like Nutella and here too you have to give the quantity (so it's not because of waste, but because you want to give a few)! Better to offer jam packaged in a Laties-type area where they make them. Mini and tasteless croissants. on holiday, especially in the mountains, we are used to abundant breakfasts with local dishes, both sweet and savory or yoghurt, without limits. Last sore point (in addition to the bill which is not low), the absence of half board as it was with Elena. Nobody is as good as the former managers, but the difference can also be seen in the restaurant which at the time was always packed and the bar full at any time. Now you can only eat Argentine meat which will be great for some, but not for everyone. It's a great inconvenience to have to go out every evening to have dinner, especially if it's raining heavily and if you have children, to have dinner elsewhere and it's not like there is much choice in Sauris being a small village.

14/12/2024: Hotel run by a couple of young Argentinians who really work hard, very helpful and very kind! Hotel in a convenient location! The breakfast (miserable) and a bit of dust in the rooms need improvement! It must be said that the price is low so you can't complain! I'm sure that with experience they will improve even further! We had a great time
