10/02/2025: Congratulations to Carlotta, who together with Matteo was able to make the most of a historic venue that seemed to have remained too static over the years. People no longer come here just passing through: each visit becomes an opportunity to discover new dishes that expertly combine respect for tradition with the touch of youth that was needed. Wood and fire make you feel at home. Indeed, even better, because the dining room staff is always ready to listen to your requests and accompany you in the tasting. A special mention goes to the wine list, but then with a sommelier like Carlotta there weren't many doubts...🥂 In short, a place that deserves to be visited and revisited, because every time there is something new to discover👏🏼
