In the morning my fixed appointment is at Sapori del Grano in Via Roveredo. The staff is simply exceptional: all the girls are very professional and extremely courteous. They always welcome you with a smile and pamper you, making you feel at home. There is an infinite variety of proposals, sweet and savory, and all very fresh. I often do my shopping there too... It's no coincidence that it's always packed with people from 06:30 in the morning. My only concern is exactly this. The goodness of what they offer drains many customers, especially on Saturdays, and I don't know how few of them manage to manage everything efficiently and quickly, without losing patience.
Finding a bakery that combines quality, hospitality and professionalism is not easy, but they succeed every day!

26/02/2025: New location, excellent quality of food and friendly staff. Possibility to purchase wines, beers, cold cuts and cheeses at the reserved counter. One flaw is that there are few seats and too close together but if you like public relations with neighbors at the table it can be positive.

25/03/2025: In the end, eating well isn't really difficult in Italy.
Doing it in an economically sustainable way is much less so.
This restaurant offers a limited selection of dishes (and this is already almost a guarantee of success) chosen with caution, attention to the territory and... gluttony
The dishes vary depending on the mood of the cook/owner... the octopus is always there and with that you are on the safe side.
The environment is very informal... for some this is a flaw. For me, having a chat if I feel like it is a plus.
It's difficult to find a better place around Pordenone... at least I haven't found it in 1 year of frequenting these places.

The owner is an excellent hostess, she welcomes you, takes you to the table, lists the menu, cooks your dishes, serves you and even prepares coffee in the moka as a grand finale. Top

04/03/2025: I stopped going to this place 6 months ago.
Quality food and wines and a nice environment but the experience can vary a lot depending on who serves you. I gave this bar several chances, often spending large amounts of money, but each time the barman/chef proved to be inconsistent: sometimes friendly, many other times he gives the impression of being annoyed in serving you or offering you something, which doesn't help create a truly relaxing atmosphere. A real shame, because the lady at the counter is always kind and helpful, trying to make everyone feel at ease. A little more consistency in service would make this place fantastic. SIN!

If you allow the review, I'll write it when I think it's appropriate, if you don't mind. As for who I am, honestly, I don't think it's a particularly relevant aspect.
18/02/2025: Excellent place in the center of Porcia...fabulous dishes and excellent wines. Adequate prices.
