09/07/2025: Nothing to complain about... we always enjoy eating there, and the prices are reasonable for a beach restaurant. The portions of pasta and mixed fried fish are generous and satisfying. It's worth a try.

Each dish is thoughtfully crafted, with well-balanced flavors and presentation. The service was impeccable, professional yet warm—truly on another level. Everything was excellent, from start to finish. We'll definitely be back.

11/07/2025: A very relaxing experience, many surprises in the dishes... like the thyme meringue and the fantastic coconut dessert with rosemary crumbs, a real revelation... the waiters are exceptional... excellent at their work... very welcoming, professional, polite... not intrusive...

18/07/2025: I've been several times; it's a beautiful racetrack, a beautiful track. There's also the Terranova Merchandise store inside. Both covered and uncovered grandstands (well, the uncovered ones are perhaps a little too much for the hot summer air or the elements, especially for both the spectators and the staff).

16/07/2025: Everything was closed because they were setting up for Friday 18/7/25..... however, we saw the circuit where two cars were racing on the track... some shops with the most famous brands were open... where, naturally, I bought some VR46 t-shirts...

24/06/2025: Very welcoming place and extremely friendly staff. The grilled meats and the first courses with homemade pasta are amazing. Among the meat dishes, a special mention must be made for that of "young sheep" (sorry: I have to use this definition to avoid the "blocking" of the review by Google!) which, in my opinion, is one of the best, if not exactly the best, that can be tasted in the area. The pizza is also excellent. Of note is the presence of large spaces to entertain children with garden games. It undoubtedly deserves an excellent rating 👍

I don't know if it was dessert. Terrible service!!! I called a taxi to go back to Riccione, a friend of the owner, €40 for 2 km! There are no words! Romagnoli??? Shame on you!!

27/06/2025: I booked a few days in advance. I am celiac and the restaurant offers gluten-free dishes. I had octopus with potatoes and tagliolini allo scoglio and a dessert based on crema catalana, a glass of white wine and a bottle of sparkling water. The pleasant surprise was that the tagliolini was made with fresh pasta, very well cooked. Overall the dish was pleasant, although not memorable. The service was a bit distracted. They took away my cutlery after the appetizer and didn't give it to me when they brought the first course. The water glass was stained with lipstick. I had to ask to change it. The bill was 60 euros, a bit too much in my opinion. I don't think I'll return.

Fish first and second courses that take you back to when restaurants served dishes worthy of the area. The chef has golden hands, a unique experience with a view that cannot be described. I can't wait to go back. Attentive service and the unique lady Giuliana.

The food is excellent, fresh and well presented. The staff: friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. They were able to recommend the best dishes and make sure everything was perfect. 25/06/2025: We were at Officina del Gusto last weekend and we had a really good time. Excellent drinks, tasty and abundant platters! Delicious piadinas for all palates! Friendly staff and attentive to customer needs. We will certainly return to visit Davide and Roberta perhaps to try some other dishes from their menu!
