03/03/2026: I had a truly pleasant experience. The staff was excellent in every way: friendly, always available, and attentive to every need. You could clearly tell they loved their job, because every gesture and every smile were genuine and never forced.
The food was excellent, with attention to detail and prepared with quality ingredients. Each dish was tasty and beautifully presented.
The facility is also very welcoming, well-organized, and makes you feel immediately at ease. A place you'll gladly return to and one I recommend without hesitation.
25/02/2026: Good trattoria: a simple place, but the food and portions are top-notch. There's no menu, but the lady kindly and smilingly explains the various options. The portions are generous and the food is good. We'd heard about it and wanted to try it (even though it took an hour and a half to get there). We'll definitely be back, even with friends.

No "gurmet" here... genuine quality and everything locally sourced... not miles away.
Highly recommended, take your time and book!
A few dishes made like they were 100 years ago.

22/02/2026: For several years now, every three months we've come to Italy to eat at Christian's with our three Labradors. The owner is very friendly, as are the waiters. The meals are excellent every time… can't wait for April! 😉😉 Ale, Marc, and the French Labs
20/12/2025: Fantastic lunch in the Piacenza hills. A warm and welcoming place, typical of the area. You'll find all the traditional fare; we had a walk in paradise with tagliolini with fresh porcini mushrooms and classic "pisarei." For our second course, SNAILS! Both stewed and Bourgogne. Breathtaking. Top.
If you're passing through the Nure Valley, this is a must-stop.

27/11/2025: We sang spontaneously, without planning anything, with the Farini guys, whom we've known for a few years, because we were going to Ferriere. The atmosphere and vibe were truly spectacular. From 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM, it was pure random madness. It rivals the best bars in Europe.

12/11/2025: Spectacular cured meats, delicious breaded porcini mushrooms, delicious pappardelle with truffle and truffle egg and finally a sweet homemade nougat with top hot chocolate.
27/07/2025: Very spacious place. Service could use some work. Traditional local dishes, and plentiful. The price was in line with the amount eaten.

01/07/2025: Pranzo della domenica con amici. Per raggiungere il ristorante ci siamo inerpicati nella val nure, ma il pranzo è valso il viaggio.
Trattoria tipica dei colli piacebtini, ottima accoglienza in locale ben tenuto e pulito.
Salumi ottimi, cone la giardiniera, ma il top è la torta di patate di loro produzione.
Primi della tradizione ben cucinati, roast beef ottumo accompagnato da dolci oatate al forno.
Atmosfera d'altri tenpi per passare un piacevole pranzi in compagnia.

22/09/2025: We had tortelli with butter and sage and swallow's nests (very hard to find in restaurants), which were truly delicious. For the main course, roast pork shoulder, salad, and baked potatoes were equally delicious. Coffee and limoncino to finish. In total, we only spent €40.
The woman who served us was very good and kind. We will definitely be back.
09/07/2025: I want to give these 5 stars for the very welcoming and friendly treatment I received from the waiter, who served me impeccably, making me feel at home. The waiter, dressed all in black with glasses on his head and two "boats" for shoes, is truly a sight to behold. Having someone like that on your staff is a real treat. Congratulations, and I will definitely stop by again to see that guy.
