27/06/2026: I don't usually leave reviews for the places I frequent. As a boomer, I like to live in the moment, savoring the event where it happens. This time, however, I feel the need to leave a legacy so that 'posterity' will know. I'll start with the bathroom. Basic, a little neglected, like a small bathroom in a tavern or a country house. But clean and I'd say up to standard. Here you understand, if you hadn't already realized when you entered the restaurant and sat down at your table, that you've arrived home. The room is like the tavern I mentioned earlier. The tables are well-spaced. The staff is kind and efficient. They quickly explain how it works (everything here is simple) and the show begins. There's an endless buffet; you have to be able to count beyond a certain amount to avoid being daunted by the quantity of delicacies on display in the small, multipurpose room. And above all, you mustn't panic and understand that tasting everything is impossible, even if desirable. A little anxiety is normal. Do you choose and try dishes you're unfamiliar with, or those you've probably made a thousand times, but here they seem to tell you you never understood how to prepare them or life in general? In the end, you still have to choose. And here you're already regretting never having considered getting a second stomach implant to have more capacity. I don't want to tell you which dishes I tasted because I believe they vary according to the seasons and the genius of the chef, nor the ratings I gave the individual dishes because they depend on the scale one uses. I had to raise mine to the maximum, otherwise I wouldn't have agreed. Two first courses and two second courses that disorient you and make you hope that Giorgione wants you as an adoptive son and that table could be yours forever. The wine was also excellent. Drink in moderation. The price is affordable for everyone. Book months in advance and arrive a little early because the town is also up to par, and a nice stroll will prepare the dishes you'll be eating. Thank you Giorgione and thanks to all the staff.

01/06/2026: We dined at this restaurant during our stay at the adjacent hotel. The two establishments are run separately, but are connected by a very convenient internal passageway. We had Parma ham with torta fritta as an appetizer, followed by a traditional first course, a second course, two desserts, and two waters. The meal cost about €40 per person, a price we found absolutely appropriate for the quality of the experience. The dishes were all very good, prepared with respect for local tradition and authentic flavors. The menu was so inviting that we would have loved to try many other specialties. Kudos also to the waiter, who was very courteous and attentive. A truly positive experience, I recommend it to anyone who wants to enjoy typical local cuisine.

03/08/2026: We had a really good time at this restaurant. It offers typical local products and reasonable prices. Be careful though, they only make pizzas in the evening. Highly recommended.
