01/01/2025: We decided to spend the last evening of 2024 in this place.... I must say... Excellent choice, we ate very well and everything was looked after... Efficient staff, an extra note for "our" Chiara!!! GOOD!!! P.S the last note... Heating a bit poor.... Anyway super WELL DONE ALL

29/12/2024: A place that offers dry aged meat of different qualities, it is possible to choose or get advice on tasting courses, a wide choice of wines. I recommend it to anyone who likes meat, precise and attentive service.

13/10/2024: My favorite place in the middle of the Emilian hills. Quality dishes and sublime pizzeria. Excellent for celiacs, it offers gluten-free pizza, desserts and first courses. All homemade made in Italy.

13/10/2024: Ottima qualità e servizio. Valter è una certezza! Unico posto in cui mangiare una pizza senza glutine buonissima. Consiglio per chi è celiaco oltre alla pizza un menú senza glutine fantastico.

17/12/2024: I booked a cake for a graduation party, with a special finish and decorations and a dedication. I picked it up at 7pm to take it to the restaurant. It looked perfect. Paid: 75 euros. Once in the car, thinking about the cake I had a doubt about the dedication. Maybe there was one too many 'i's. Upon checking, there was not only one too many 'i' but also a 'g' was missing. It was written 'ingenier' instead of 'ingegner'. I went back. The pastry chef first attempted a clumsy correction which made the cake unpresentable, then with a more incisive intervention the error was corrected. Unfortunately, apart from the accessories, it has become another cake, aesthetically worse. I would have left her, but I had no alternative. Because of the time I lost, I didn't get home in time to give the cake to my son and I had to take it to Paroletta. I left the house at 6.30pm and returned at 8.45pm.

12/11/2024: Ne ho sentito parlare e avevo assaggiato le loro paste. Visto che ero in zona ho pensato di passarci con mia moglie ed è stata una conferma. Ambiente accogliente, ottima selezione di pasticceria e personale attento ed educato.

20/01/2025: What can I say, the best.. there is no other explanation.. breakfasts are the best.. quick lunches are the best.. aperitifs are the best.. excellent products.. and those who work there are recommended to 💯 x 💯..
