06/01/2026: I've been going to this place for several years, and honestly, I don't remember having a bad meal once! The dishes are carefully prepared and high-quality, and what can I say about the fantastic buffet? Very clean and welcoming, the service impeccable! The lunchtime value is top-notch! 21/10/2025: The tagliatella with ragu was truly awful. Of the two fish dishes, one was acceptable, the other a failed experiment. The wine list wasn't bad.
12/10/2025: We stumbled into this restaurant by chance. It was a special evening. The food was fantastic, and we had heartfelt conversations with Roberto and the very friendly waitress...thank you for the kind words during these difficult times!

23/12/2025: Truly a stunning place and exceptional staff. Unfortunately, I couldn't stay because, after booking the suite, I had to cancel due to family issues. Despite this, I want to thank them from the bottom of my heart: they immediately accommodated me with extreme kindness and courtesy, without asking for further explanations and promptly refunding my money. Rare professionalism and humanity. Thanks again, I'll definitely be back!
01/11/2025: Unfortunately, my experience at the Gelso Bianco Resort wasn't entirely positive. During my stay, I had an unpleasant incident involving a personal item that I couldn't find, and the way the situation was handled left me truly disappointed. I have no complaints about the facility or the food, which was very good.
Overall, however, I wouldn't recommend this property.

17/11/2025: I'd never been there before, but I was very satisfied! We ate pappardelle with wild boar, tortelloni vecchia Modena (you could add the balsamic vinegar to your taste...well done!), gnocco, and tigelle with delicious cured meats and cheeses! We didn't hold back on second helpings or drinks! Congratulations!

29/12/2025: Beautiful farmhouse. Clean, quiet, with lovely, warm, and spacious rooms. Friendly staff. The food is good, but unfortunately, it's a bit pricey for a farmhouse. I'd definitely go back, I had a great time 💗
13/12/2025: A wonderful, peaceful place with attentive and extremely kind staff. Welcoming and clean, highly recommended for restoring body and soul. Excellent food, the best tagliatelle I've ever had, and the Pignoletto is delicious. We've been coming here for years. We come regularly and will continue to do so. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

07/12/2025: They make the wrong pizza twice in a row, arrogantly replying that it's the pizza chef's fault. Apologizing isn't even part of their vocabulary. This way of approaching customers says a lot about the managers and their approach. It doesn't surprise me that their place is perpetually empty. Never again.
25/11/2025: I don't understand why if someone asks for a Margherita, basil is never added. And please don't tell me many people don't like it because Margherita has tomato, mozzarella, and basil. Otherwise, I'd ask for a pizza without basil. Personally, it's a shame because the pizza is delicious.

20/07/2025: Abbiamo aspettato quasi mezz'ora perché venissero a prendere l'ordinazione, ogni volta che chiamavamo qualcuno per chiedere almeno l'acqua per i bambini ci rispondevano che non potevano servire il nostro tavolo... servizio scarsissimo, il cibo abbastanza buono, peggiorato comunque negli anni

I primi a base di pomodoro e frutta niente, secondo 10 Kiki di carne abbiamo speso in due 49€
E pure cretini hanno scritto il menù completo 13€... Posto da dimenticare, detto da un camionaro!!!
