27/07/2025: 🍷 An authentic and memorable culinary experience! 🍷
We had lunch at the agriturismo restaurant and were truly thrilled. The quality of the ingredients, all fresh and locally sourced, shines through in every dish: authentic flavors, generous portions, and thoughtful yet unfussy presentation.
The menu respects seasonality and highlights rural tradition with a touch of creativity. The homemade first courses are unforgettable—the tagliatelle with Cinta Senese ragù was simply perfect—and the grilled meats, cooked to perfection and served with garden vegetables.
The assortment of antipasti was also very popular, including local cured meats and cheeses accompanied by homemade preserves. All accompanied by a truly excellent house red wine.
The staff is friendly and attentive, present but never intrusive. The atmosphere is rustic and warm, overlooking the countryside: the ideal place for a quiet, romantic, or family dinner.
Fair prices for such high quality. We'll definitely be back, even just for the pleasure of tasting those authentic flavors again!

16/11/2025: Delightful inn! Superb atmosphere, truly kind and helpful staff! Excellent dinner, remarkable ingredients! We ate really well! Excellent value for money. The room was cozy and we slept very well, very clean. We'll be back!

29/11/2025: A HURRYING experience
I've never experienced such rude behavior.
The elderly blonde lady was extremely rude, and the gentleman was no less so.
They play at losing customers.
We went with friends who had already been there and were ashamed of having taken us there, and they won't be back either.
Thank goodness the guy (Paolo, I think his name is) was very kind, and so was the employee (who they treated terribly).
SHAME
23/11/2025: The place is very small with too many tables and cramped spaces, the owners are extremely rude, the only things that are worth mentioning are the son and the very sweet and helpful waitress, I definitely won't be coming back here, maybe I'll try Bologna

09/12/2025: Corte d’Aibo is one of those places that captivates you from the moment you arrive. Nestled in the hills, surrounded by the silence and scents of nature, it offers an authentic and welcoming atmosphere that is hard to forget.
The restaurant is a celebration of local cuisine: carefully crafted dishes, quality ingredients, and flavors that reflect tradition with a touch of creativity.
The rooms are splendid: spacious, clean, and tastefully furnished, they strike the perfect balance between modern comfort and rustic warmth. Sleeping here truly means rejuvenating yourself.
The wine deserves a special mention. Corte d’Aibo’s production is the result of careful and respectful work with the land, and it comes through in every sip. From crisp whites to enveloping reds, every bottle tells a piece of this place. I personally loved their Pignoletto: fresh, elegant, perfect both on its own or paired with a dish. A true discovery.
And then there's Margherita: the true soul of the establishment. It's impossible not to notice the care and love she puts into everything she does. Her presence makes the experience even more pleasant: attentive, kind, hospitable, always ready to make every guest feel truly special.
La Corte d'Aibo is much more than a farmhouse: it's an experience, a refuge, a place you'll gladly return to. Highly recommended.

Good potential, but something is missing beyond maturity and management.
The quality/price ratio is too much in favor of the latter.

During a trip, I chose Valservice for a quick lunch and was pleasantly surprised.
Fresh, flavorful dishes, including some ethnic options. The takeout option is also excellent, convenient and well-packaged.
Quick service, friendly staff, and fair prices.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for a good, quick meal!

29/07/2025: Posto un po' fuori mano, begli spazi all'aperto con diversi tavoli. Come molti agriturismi fa menù fissi ma di diverse tipologie di quantità: si parte del cosidetto spuntino, specialità della casa, un antipasto molto valido, salendo potendo aggiungere primo. secondo e dolce. Pietanze molto buone davvero, quantità abbondante, vino locale di qualità. Servizio nella norma, prezzi un po' sostenuti, giustificati in parte dalla qualità e dalla quantità.
03/07/2025: Poverini fanno quello che possono ,tigelle che sembrano panini, ma ne portano tante. Crescentine molto buone e molto abbondanti ma scarsissimo salume micro ciotolline di stracchino o squaquerone onestamente non si capiva cosa fosse micro di friggione buono. Piattino di sottaceti, che mi ha fatto molto ridere e mi ha ricordato un film di Totò e Peppino, dove a cena c'erano... "i famosi antipasti di mia moglie'.. (1 oliva a testa e basta) ed infatti il piattino di antipasti consisteva in 3 olive, e noi eravamo in 3 ahahah! 4/5 funghetti sottolio e 1 e dico 1 cipollino sottaceto tagliato in 4. E non vado oltre perché mi sembra inutile. Però tutti molto gentili giovanissime cameriere inesperte e impacciate ma molto gentili e nonostante un menu discutibile
abbiamo anche lasciato la mancia.

25/02/2025: Provato dopo vario tempo questo agriturismo sulle colline tra Bazzano e Savignano (tra Modena e Bologna). Posizione molto bella con vista sulla pianura.
il ristorante è su due piani, sale grandi e un po' rumorose quando è pieno; al primo piano una grande vetrata ti pemette di vedere tutta la valle.
Personale giovane e simpatico, sveglio e attento.
Menù a prezzo fisso che comprende un antipasto (focaccia e mortadella) due primi stagionali e poi crescentine e gnocco fritto, a seguire il dolce . Prezzo 30 euro a cui aggiungere vino e caffè.
Buona qualità e porzioni abbondanti.
Piacevole scoperta.
27/01/2025: Location molto bella. Abbiamo mangiato lasagne, abbastanza buone, pasta broccoli, salsiccia e scamorza, nella media e crescentine e tigelle, molto buone.

31/01/2024: Abbiamo prenotato su the fork e abbiamo ricevuto canferma. Dopo 40 km di strada siamo arrivati in 6 e il ristorante era chiuso. Ci siamo trovati alle 21 in mezzo al nulla 40 km dalla città senza cena. Preciso che sul sito e su Google risultava regolarmente aperto. Trovo che al giorno d'oggi dare informazioni non corrette o non aggiornate su internet , che è la principale fonte di informazione, sia inaccettabile.

10/11/2024: Ci siamo recati con amici per pranzo, attirati dall'aspetto dei piatti e dalle proposte particolari dello chef.
Il posto si presenta un po' datato ma comunque pulito. Veniamo accolti da due cameriere educate, che peró non ci forniscono alcun menu digitale/cartaceo e invece ce lo enunciano a voce.
Optiamo per 3 risotti alla zucca,castagne,guanciale e melograno e dei tortellini caserecci con una purea di fragole e polvere di caffè.
Purtroppo rimaniamo delusi dai risotti, l'unico sapore che si sentiva era quello dell'olio, elemento particolarmente presente in tutti i piatti (vedi foto), anche i tortellini purtroppo deludenti, sia come gusto che come abbinamento con le fragole; inoltre, non essendo la fragola un prodotto di stagione il sapore della purea era dubbio.
Come secondi ordiniamo una cotoletta alla bolognese, un filetto di branzino, un carpaccio e delle lumache. Anche questi piatti non hanno soddisfatto le nostre aspettative purtroppo.
Rimango invece particolarmente sorpresa dal dolce, ho scelto un sorbetto al basilico, veramente buono e fresco.

09/11/2024: Una cena da non ripetere. Azzardare di abbinare a mio avviso dei gusti autentici come i tortellini bolognesi con una crema di fragole , quindi un prodotto fuori stagione , con del caffè macinato posso dire un disastro ,come i tortelloni coperti dal gusto troppo intenso della mente !
