Pizza, excellent for kneading and cooking in a wood oven.
Then, the margherita was full of basil, and without basil it's not a margherita, which in Rieti, where I live, they really don't understand...

26/04/2025: Hospitable environment, good and genuine food and quick service. The sergeant is a nice and affable person, immediately putting you at ease. The courses are very generous and are characterized by local products.
Rustic and welcoming environment, with very quick table service. Waiting times after placing the order are very short.
Recommended restaurant.
