Pizza, excellent for kneading and cooking in a wood oven.
Then, the margherita was full of basil, and without basil it's not a margherita, which in Rieti, where I live, they really don't understand...

22/06/2025: Osteria with excellent quality Cilento food, aromas of the past, many special appetizers, very friendly staff, fair price.
19/06/2025: Carmine, the owner of this quaint Osteria, in the equally quaint town of Torraca, is a most warm and welcoming host. He and his small staff are focused on the care and experience of the guests. The food is typically rustic for the region and wonderfully prepared and tasty. We have had only great food and warm welcomes when we are there. It is one of our favorites in the region.
