15/08/2024: Definitely recommend booking this place! Hotel room was very clean and nice. They have AC that works very well and cools the place nicely. Breakfast was very delicious! They served us a variety of pastries, fruit, yogurt and drinks! We also had dinner at their restaurant and it was very delicious! Staff are very friendly! Very pleased with our stay !

Staff was very friendly, breakfast was delicious they served us different kind of pastries, fruit and drinks (breakfast is free) AC works very well, room gets very cool! Room was very clean and nice! Location of stay is quite aways from tourist attractions. Parking available.

10/08/2024: Approximate, prices from Amalfi and Positano despite not having any kind of attraction. Almost 60 euros for two first courses, of which a tagliatelle passed off as tagliolino (cotta) eaten out of hunger, a bottle of water and half a liter of local wine.
Fish first courses and no seafood starters on the menu, only cold cuts and meats.
We're not there... and if we are... we're hurt.
10/08/2024: Approssimativo,prezzi da Amalfi e Positano pur non avendo attrattiva di nessun genere. Quasi 60 euro per due primi,di cui una tagliatella spacciata per tagliolino(scotta) mangiata per fame,una bottiglia d'acqua e mezzo litro di vino locale.
Primi di pesce e in carta nessun antipasto di mare in abbinamento,solo affettati di salumi di carne.
Non ci siamo... e se ci siamo...ci siamo male.

A place that makes you feel like you're in your own backyard.

13/08/2024: We had dinner last night, apart from the very small table, the food had little flavour, including fried fish, pizza and comical grilled squid! The exaggerated bill to dispute!! avoid a joke🙄
07/08/2024: Waiting for more than 2 hours, the main dishes have still not been launched.
The manager was in bad faith, disappointed with the restaurant and its welcome.

19/06/2024: Oltre che informale questo posto è ideale per passare una serata rilassante mangiando del buon cibo ed avere un servizio di ottimo livello. Esperienza bellissima con finestra su Ravello. La marcia in più è la sig.ra Lucia. Grazie di tutto.
09/06/2024: We stayed in minuta, up the hill from scala. There are not that many restaurants in scala itself. add in that transport to Amalfi and Ravello not allowing for a relaxing meal out, we spent all our evenings in scala. Zi ntonio was by far the best meal we had, for the whole experiance. From being welcomed in by the two absolutely lovely owners, to the views and the delicious food. I had pasta genovese and my wife had the beef and potatoes. Steak was cooked perfect without them even having to ask us how we wanted it. So tasty and melt in the mouth. The pasta was really fresh and tasty.
The owners are so welcoming, they kept bringing little "extras" to our table to sample. No charge. Just hospitable people. The next visit I had spaghetti with class and my wife had the risotto. We also had the special seafood starter to share.
You really do have to visit here if your staying here. The food was memorable, and compared to the conveyer belt economy of the tourist trap amalfi, this is so much more a gastronomic experience.

04/08/2024: We were staying locally to this restaurant so it was within walking distance for us. We didn't try it until part way through our holiday, which meant we could only dine here two nights. This was a real shame as I think we would have liked to have dined here every night. We tried many restaurants in Scala and Ravello and this was by far the best. Food, service, ambiance were all amazing and we loved every dish. The restaurant itself is traditional and pretty both inside and out & has some lovely views of the town. We sat in the outdoor area one evening having a pre drink (during a local powercut) & the staff remained professional and managed to maintain service with a smile & relaxed atmosphere, (despite lots of diners arriving). The food was amazing and the staff were really welcoming and friendly. We will definitely be returning on our next visit. Don't hesitate to book a table here for delicious Italian cuisine and a wonderful dining experience.
30/06/2024: We loved the atmosphere and the staff/managers here. Relaxed but good service. Reasonable compared to nearby Ravello. Great nibbles with the drinks.

15/06/2024: Cominciamo col dire che si tratta di un bar adattato a trattoria ma non ristorante e quindi non puoi permettere di far pagare ai clienti gli stessi prezzi di un ristorante ‘Michelin’ nelle vicinanze.
Pro: qualità del cibo. Si sentono i sapori del cibo del territorio. Dall’affettato alle linguine con alici e noci. Buona la tagliata al lardo di colonnata.
Contro: troppi. Servizio: se il sabato sera hai solo 2 tavoli occupati di cui uno che ha ordinato 3 pizze, una domanda devi fartela. Non è comprensibile aspettare 10/15 minuti per un dolce già pronto (non preparato espresso) soprattutto se chiedo lo stesso dolce per 2 volte. Location parliamo di un bar, ripeto, che ha pochi coperti con un cuoco e una addetta alla sala che per quanto possa essere cortese e gentile deve comunque avere una marcia in più.
Prezzi: alti per la qualità del servizio e della location offerta. Un piatto di linguine con noci e alici a conti fatti non costa più di 2€. Li pago 17€! Non con aragosta o polpa di ricci ma alici che al supermercato compri a 3,99 al kg!!! Ci possono stare i 16 o 18€ (non ricordo bene adesso) per il tagliere di salumi ma non è possibile pagare 25€ una bottiglia di Selva delle Monache bianco che si trova in vendita a 15€ e che tu, ristoratore compri al massimo a 10€. Non contesto il fatto che non ci sia stato offerto almeno un amaro perché logicamente è una scelta del ristoratore.
Ripeto per adeguare i prezzi a quelli dei ristoranti limitrofi devi almeno offrire stessa competenza e servizio, cosa che non esistono in questo BAR.
La critica è solo uno sprone per crescere e migliorarsi e un auto per i clienti nella scelta del ristorante.
