My mother and I are celiac, and for us, everything is always perfect and just like "glutinous": authentic and genuine flavors! The owners are wonderful and friendly people, always attentive to their customers and their satisfaction. The prices are above average, and considering the portions and the quality of the food, I couldn't help but give them top stars.

22/02/2026: The quality is undeniable, but the price isn't for everyone. The Brick Lane sandwich is objectively excellent. High-quality ingredients and well-balanced flavors. However, you should be aware that it's not a cheap option: sandwiches start at €12, a price that puts the restaurant at a premium for the area. While the food is satisfying, the customer service is unfortunately terrible and ruins everything else: The long wait to get in—that's understandable, considering it was a Saturday—but what's not so great is that once we got in, we were "invited to leave" at the last bite. The most unpleasant thing was the absurd haste in wanting to send us away. After making us wait forever to eat, they practically asked us to get up while we were still chewing the last bite. Conclusion: You can't charge €12 (or more) for a sandwich and then treat the customer like a number to be rotated as quickly as possible to free up the table. If you're looking for a quiet dinner and friendly service, this isn't the place, at least on a Saturday night. It's a shame, because the food deserves much better.

05/01/2026: Hi, I'll start by saying the chicken is good, but be careful with the receipt. There are two prices for a chicken patty. The app offers €16 and the menu offers €20. Unfortunately, when I asked for clarification, they told me the takeaway price is €16, while the table service is €20. Everything would be fine, except that they charge a €2 cover charge per person. I don't find that very fair. Either you charge €20 including cover charge, or €16 plus cover charge.

01/04/2026: We went to this restaurant for lunch on a Sunday in late February. We booked a table for 13 people (8 adults and 5 children). The appetizer was truly generous and enough to fill everyone up. Indeed, the following dishes arrived: prosciutto, mozzarella, and ricotta, roasted artichokes, bruschetta, peppers, meatballs in tomato sauce, escarole pizza, potato frittata, and more. I especially found the appetizer very good, especially the escarole pizza, which was truly soft and perfectly greasy. The cold cuts platter was also top-notch (the mozzarella was truly delicious!). I wasn't particularly impressed with the first courses (I ordered pasta and potatoes, expecting it to be with provolone, but I ended up with a dish more like pasta and beans, which was quite disappointing). I confess that my husband makes the spaghetti with clams better. Since I was full, I skipped the second course. I'm giving this place two stars because there was no transparency when we booked. We thought there was a fixed-price menu, but when we got there, we realized they don't always do it, but only on special occasions (like March 8th). We also knew there would be entertainment for children, but there wasn't any. In the end, the kids made do with playing in the restaurant courtyard. Service was also slow; we finished eating at 5:00 PM. The appetizer was good, but for all the things I mentioned, I think it could be improved.

I've been frequenting Bubalus for years, and every visit is always a confirmation: an excellent experience from every perspective.

Gastronomic Profiles and Service: The culinary offerings were excellent. Specifically, the entrecôte I ordered stood out for its excellent cut quality and precise cooking technique. The rest of the group expressed equally positive opinions about the pizzas, pasta dishes, and a variety of appetizers. The staff is a fundamental pillar of the business: their unmistakable friendliness and natural welcoming attitude lend the restaurant a pleasant and professional atmosphere. Accessibility and Logistics: Regarding infrastructure and logistics, the following technical observations are made: • Parking: Parking was easy, with the option of parking on the street in the immediate vicinity of the entrance. • Architectural Barriers: Access to the facility is via a flight of steps (approximately 7-8). Wheelchair users must be lifted to enter. • Space Distribution: Although the interior space is small, it is a positive aspect that the restrooms are located on the same level as the dining area, ensuring seamless movement once the height difference has been overcome. Conclusions: An overall commendable experience regarding service and cuisine. We hope for future structural improvements to remove the barriers to entry, which would make the facility an inclusive landmark for the area. 5 stars for encouragement!

21/01/2026: Very nice place, excellent cuisine, reasonable prices. Recommended for everyone. Excellent pizza, but the restaurant-style dishes are also quite good. During the warmer months, you can sit outside and enjoy the dishes and/or pizza. The owners, Davide and Marco, are excellent, and the staff is also very kind and helpful.

17/04/2026: Good food, discreet service, simple but warm atmosphere, there were 5 of us at dinner, at the end of the dinner two people asked for a bitter, usually the coffee or bitter is offered by the place, not in this one... you pay... being accustomed to other experiences I was a bit disappointed 😅

12/02/2026: We stopped for a late dinner (around 9:30 p.m.), and the owner was incredibly kind and courteous. The pizzas are among the best I've ever tasted, combining the ingredients with great skill (you can taste the flavors of all the ingredients used, none overpowering the others). Simply fantastic 🤩 I can't say on the weekend; we stopped by during the week.

21/02/2026: I think Manù makes one of the best pizzas in our area, both in terms of flavor, authenticity, and especially the price. The staff is friendly, fast, and professional. I highly recommend trying the pizza with baked potatoes, pancetta, and parmesan shavings—a true delight.
