For appetizers, we had the "Nuvola" with mortadella and creamed potatoes and a ragù frittatina. Followed by a "Marghemario" triple-cooking pizza and a "Ruota" parmigiana.
What can I say... everything was truly delicious! 😍
Carefully prepared dishes, quality ingredients, and flavors that won us over.
Perhaps a little pricey considering we're in Sarno, but for the quality and overall experience, I think it's absolutely worth it. Highly recommended! 👏
25/07/2026: They're all young, enthusiastic, and respectful. They try to do their best, even when customers unfortunately make it difficult. The service is fast and friendly, but the pizza...that can't be described; pizza is an experience to be savoured. Whether you order it double-cooked, crunchy, classic, or cartwheel-style, it NEVER disappoints!
I go there frequently and can't recall a single instance of dissatisfaction with one of the pizzas I've tried. They have a separate dining room and a gluten-free oven, and I've always found the bathrooms elegant and clean, equipped with diaper-changing tables.
I hope they always maintain these standards, because eating pizza at "Officina della Pizza" is always a pleasure, especially since even the price is reasonable 😉.

A huge plus is that they open at 12:00, which is perfect for those who want to have an early lunch. The hostess is simply fantastic, welcoming, and kind. The highlight of the cuisine is undoubtedly the fish, extremely fresh and divinely cooked (compliments to the chef). The seafood appetizer selection was delicious and plentiful. The staff is delightful, and the quality/price ratio is absolutely excellent. Parking is along the street, so there are no problems. I highly recommend it. We will definitely be back.

04/08/2026: Pizza ordered over the phone for takeout arrived 50 minutes late, even though I ordered it at 7 PM as soon as it opened! The pizza arrived cold and rubbery, and the delivery lady was incredibly rude! A terrible experience!

The wait was endless...
We sat down at 1:00 PM and ordered for about 1:15 PM, after which it took 15 minutes to get
2 carbonara frittatas (5 euros each, which seems a bit overpriced)
and 10 fritters...
Meanwhile, people at other tables were eating pizza, gnocchi, and spaghetti allo scarpariello, while we were still waiting...
Only when the place had emptied out at 2:00 PM and we were the only ones left did the two first courses, 1 fried fish, and 1 rutiello pizza arrive at 2:25 PM...
We ate very well, but the wait really annoyed us, because an hour's wait, in our opinion, is a long time for a Monday lunch.

We spent our Easter Monday at this establishment...
The food was pitiful to say the least; everyone in the dining room sent the first course back! The pasta and beans were indescribable, practically like wallpaper!
Today was the set menu (€65 per person), so expectations were at best average, but we're almost at zero!
The most absurd thing was that we had to pay upon arrival (obviously they already knew what a disaster it would be!)
Highly not recommended!!!!!!

29/06/2025: Unfortunately, after the latest remodel, it's lost its charm. Casa Albero wasn't just about food, but a comfortable environment with a board displaying the commandments of wine, which always inspired a smile and reflection, because, after all, it wasn't just about wine.
I understand that it's a booming time for customers, but you can't eliminate an open kitchen and strip the walls of the same furnishings that, along with the good food, provided a few hours of pure pleasure. Why?
Yes, the food is still excellent, but the dining room is now bland and bare, and when it's crowded, the service inevitably drops because you end up with two waiters of questionable competence (no offense to the owner, but I've been repeatedly bumped into by hands and plates, and he ends up paying for their lack of competence). Recommended, but, again, only for the good food.
