25/09/2023: We stopped in and had quick lunch. Acceptable , but nothing to rave about. With all the gorgeous tomatoes and produce available, tomatoes not what I see in markets. Looked and tasted like less than desirable , unripe Roma tomatoes. Pizza crust good, Waiters very nice , on piazza duomo. I recommend you research for better rated places here.

23/09/2023: Service was terrible and most of the waiters were rude. We arrived an hour early and then waited 45 minutes to be seated after our time of the reservation. Food was good but not to the standards we expected. Was definitely dissapointed.

29/08/2023: This was our final dinner on an 8-day trip on the Amalfi coast, and though it was the one we were most anticipating, it ended up being the most disappointing. The evening started out pleasantly. We had cocktails in the gorgeous Caruso Bar before walking to dinner at Ristorante Belvedere, which was equally gorgeous with stunning views. Problems began with the arrival of our server, Giovanni, whose name will be mentioned continuously in this review. Before a word was spoken, Giovanni made us feel like we were inconveniencing and annoying him by taking photos of the view. He seemed to despise tourists, and though he made sure not to speak inappropriately, his mannerisms were brash, and my wife became afraid of upsetting him (exactly the vibe you're going for during a 5-star dinner, right?). I have to give the restaurant credit for the handful of complimentary bites brought out throughout the meal as they were tasty and appreciated. For our main course, my wife and I both had pasta. We had enjoyed incredible pasta throughout our trip and are partial to the al dente style, but this pasta was completely undercooked. It was crunchy, and you could see the white center of each bite. Frankly, it was inedible. Giovanni scoffed when he came to take our plates away and saw that we had left much of the pasta untouched. At this point, I had decided complaining wouldn't be worth it and was hoping to get through the meal without too much conflict. Giovanni disappeared for the next hour while other servers brought us our limoncello and desserts. Slowly the restaurant emptied out, and by 11:30 pm, we were the only table left, but still there was no sign of Giovanni. I finally stood up and asked another server to bring us the bill. A few minutes later, Giovanni returned with a look of rage and said to me very slowly and without breaking eye contact very near my face, "you asked for the check!" My wife said she was afraid to look at him. As we exited through the hotel balcony, Agata, the guest experience manager, asked us how our evening was, and I informed her that it was an extreme disappointment. She took my information and later apologized via email and offered a small discount on our meal. I appreciated this acknowledgement of our poor experience. Later, I received an email from Angelo, the Director of Food and Beverage, who thanked us for our feedback but then proceeded to defend Giovanni and assure us that "he is a valuable asset of our team." I could have done without this email. 22/10/2023: Un posto di rara bellezza, hai l’impressione di rivivere l’habitat delle suore di clausura, tutta l’architettura riconduce nella storia . Personale fatto di germani uniti nella vocazione turistica, colazione che rivive il festival.

04/09/2023: Antonio est toujours aussi chaleureux pour nous accueillir, l'équipe n'a pas changé, toujours aussi agréables. Les plats sont toujours aussi délicieux, c'est pourquoi nous y sommes retourné 3 fois lors de notre séjour. Merci pour ces bons moments. 21/09/2023: IL locale è proprio nelle piazza del Duomo a Ravello. Al mio avvicinarmi ai tavolini posizionati sul piazzale il personale subito si è presentato portandomi il menù. I panini ordinati, dall'ottimo sapore e magistralmente preparati, sono stati portati al tavolo in tempi brevi. A mio parere è stato perfetto: ottima location, ottimi panini, ottimo personale.

04/09/2023: Emplacement idéal pour une belle soirée, vins et boissons au top, et accompagnement très appétissant.

19/08/2023: Un vrais bon plan, à proximité de la villa Chimbrone « Sissie ». La pizza est excellente et vraiment pas cher du tout, n’hésitez pas foncez :-) et le staff est très sympa ;-)

23/07/2023: Unsere Rettung in Ravello. Nette Bedienung, zahlbares Stängeleis, ein grosses Wasser dazu…einfach Familienfreundlich…und das Klo ist sehr sauber. Zudem konnten wir uns unter dem Blätterdach schön abkühlen.
