We begin with the house appetizer, "Voglia di Carne," a triumph of uniquely flavorful cured meats paired with high-quality and niche cheeses. Each combination is enriched with a different jam, chosen to enhance the flavor of the cheeses, a true pleasure for the most discerning palates. Delicious Taggiasca olives and sun-dried tomatoes are also available, accompanied by fresh vegetables and side dishes that vary based on the finest ingredients available each day.
Moving on to the first courses, the selection ranges from traditional dishes like the Genovese to more sophisticated options like the tubettino with local hazelnuts. Each dish is an invitation to discover authentic flavors and the highest-quality ingredients.
But the real star of the menu is, without a doubt, the meat, presented in all its varieties and accompanied by mouth-watering sides: excellent cacio e pepe chips and other delicacies that must be tasted to be believed. The grill restaurant also offers a selection of award-winning wines, including the "18 gradi e mezzo," which we found exceptional.
One of the most surprising aspects of this restaurant is that, unlike other places, we didn't feel the slightest urge to drink afterward, such was the quality of the dishes.
Impeccably clean bathrooms and a friendly, professional staff complete a high-class experience. The value for money is excellent, considering that every product is produced on-site, free from preservatives and colorings.
I highly recommend this grill restaurant to anyone who loves good food and the authentic flavors of the past. I highly recommend making a reservation, as it's the only way to guarantee a table at this renowned restaurant. It's crucial to emphasize that customer behavior significantly impacts the quality of the overall experience. Kindness and politeness create a pleasant atmosphere not only for us, but also for the staff, helping to foster a mutual respect and cordiality. There's a wonderful atmosphere in this place, the result of these positive interactions, and I truly hope it continues to be this way forever! 😘

10/12/2025: I'm referring to the restaurant. I had an exquisite dinner where the menu was full of typical local dishes and they were all exceptional. When you go, I recommend the ciambotta and especially the hazelnut ravioli, which were a delicacy. All the positive things about the service, the location, and the dishes are truly a wonderful place where you can also relax. I highly recommend it as a restaurant (not because of the rooms, but because I didn't use them). 10/10
29/05/2025: This review is based on my last visit on Easter Monday. It's the perfect place to savor authentic, home-cooked flavors. This family-run restaurant, where the legendary Tonino will delight you with excellent grilled meats, is a must. If you have the opportunity (depending on the season) to dine outside, take advantage of the beautiful view. The menu prices are reasonable. My family and I, whenever we can gather together, make the choice obvious. Recommended!

06/02/2026: I had dinner here for the first time last week, organized by a colleague.
Well, what can I say... I can't thank him enough. He introduced me to a fantastic restaurant, both for the location and the food, and last but not least, for the staff. The owner is incredibly kind and friendly.
As for the food, it's excellent: quality ingredients, cooked according to traditional cuisine. The appetizers are exquisite, the first courses delicious, and the meat excellent.
I can't wait to go back.

14/09/2025: Unfortunately we were there, but the place was closed for holidays... meanwhile I'll give 5 stars for the exterior of the place... it took me back to when I was a child, I can't imagine the attention to detail used inside... We'll organize ourselves as soon as it reopens for reservations! Fairytale place... beautiful!!!
04/09/2025: This place is definitely to be avoided, considering the guests with multiple criminal convictions, such as De Crescenzo, who was invited in September 2025. Inviting these guests shows what kind of people the owners of the place are. Stay away from this place.

31/08/2023: Salve parto dicendo che più che tenuta si potrebbe chiamare piscina visto che solo quello funziona dopo il
cambio gestione.Sabato abbiamo deciso insieme alla mia famiglia di cenare li,visto che in giro era tutto pieno… ci rechiamo presso la struttura non c’è nemmeno un ospite anzi c era una signora con il marito che aveva cenato e ci ha consigliato di andare via ma ormai eravamo seduti. Si inizia con menù fisso non comunicato al telefono, senza possibilità di scegliere con menù alla carta, va bene cibo pessimo antipasto con pane a biscotto, 2 affettato e la parmigiana mia arrivata scritta nel menu’, carne alla brace vi giuro carne dura mai vista una cosa del genere( infatti la cameriera e rimasta sorpresa di sparecchiare e trovarla ancora nell’piatto). I bambini cotoletta e patatine 2 bottiglie di vino 80€ a coppia volevo morire… pensate che noi ogni sabato and in un ristorante diverso e con poco più di differenza mangiamo senza risparmio … con questo vi consiglio di non andare nemmeno per sogno
29/07/2023: Di recente avevo letto recensioni su Castel Rovere diametralmente opposte. La cosa mi ha incuriosito. Ero stato al Castel Rovere tanti anni fa e non ne avevo proprio un buon ricordo. Ma avevo saputo di una nuova gestione e da buon esploratore della ristorazione ho deciso di andarci.
Appena superato il piccolo viottolo che conduce dall' ampio parcheggio alla sala esterna ne ho subito apprezzato la piacevole ristrutturazione, elegante e sobria. E la piscina. Bella. Completamente rifatta. Immersa nel verde, con una piacevolissima sensazione di pulizia e ordine. Il personale accogliente, sorridente, disponibile. E dopo una bella nuotata ho apprezzato il menù piscina, leggero, ben preparato con un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Sono ritornato anche a pranzo e a cena con gli amici. La tranquillità, la conferma delle prime impressioni, le portate fatte di ottime materie prime, il prezzo giusto, mi hanno convinto definitivamente. Certamente tornerò anche per occasioni più importanti vista la possibilità di organizzare eventi. Probabilmente i pochi che hanno esprezzo giudizi particolarmente critici apprezzavano e rimpiangono il vecchio Castel Rovere, caotico, chiassoso, con un pessimo servizio e una cucina da dimenticare. Con l'unico vantaggio di mandare i bambini fuori a giocare. A proposito, al nuovo Castel Rovere il parco giochi è enorme, con attrezzature per i giochi certificate e sicure. E con supervisione. Vi consiglio di andarci, con la famiglia, per una "giornata di vacanza" o per una rilassante e buona cena con gli amici.
