31/01/2025: From social media everything is so perfect. Very high expectations, but normal dishes with almost zero presentation. Considering the high costs of each individual course, they are expected to also have a visual impact and a more refined presentation, as well as gratifying the palate. Furthermore, when ordering the prawn carpaccio we found 2 insects inside, which according to them, came from the sprouts present to "embellish" the dish. They immediately prepared again but The cost of this course was not even written off. The only positive note was the good lobster linguine. Experienced, as I was overwhelmed by the curiosity to discover given the so much publicity on social media, but I wouldn't go back.

Bad experience at the beginning of January: there were 5 of us, in three rooms, all cold, terrible breakfast (they only offered a coffee, a cup of milk or tea, some biscuits, small packs of jam or hazelnut/cocoa cream). No operator at the reception, nor at the bar, just a do-it-all caretaker, who, although available, did not have the skills to carry out the roles of receptionist, receptionist and bartender.

16/01/2025: Negative experience: we stayed in the first days of January, finding the structure cold, rooms with heating not all working. With the managers absent, the hotel was left to a handyman, but absolutely unprofessional, who was unable to make a cappuccino. It was recommended to me due to its proximity to the Circumvesuviana: true, it's a shame that to reach Naples there are only two trips, one in the morning at 8.30 and one in the afternoon. Not advisable.

09/02/2025: I spent a Saturday evening in this place, where there was a live music evening. The place is very nice and well-kept, made up of two separate rooms: a larger one and a slightly smaller one where I went. Wide choice of wines and drinks, possibility to also order cold cuts and cheese platters. I ordered the potato parmigiana and tried some sandwiches, which I found good. The desserts are good. Adequate price, in line with the area. Very kind waiters.

17/01/2025: Se vogliamo possiamo chiamarlo bar, ma Papille si può definire solo...Papille. Cocktail e assaggi di fritture, affettati di buona qualità, caffetteria attenta ai dettagli e ottimo caffè accompagnato da chicche del momento: gocce di caffè al cioccolato, mini pasticceria e altre finezze... il tutto in un ambiente curato e stiloso. Il personale è squisito e preparato. Dedicatevi qualche minuto di relax e andate 🙂
