08/02/2025: Tonight, after years of going to Bifulco with enthusiasm, I had a big disappointment, I was really disappointed. We ate a rib-eye steak, which from the looks of the photo looks very good (the meat, I assure you, is very good), but it is definitely not what we ordered. We ordered a rare rib of meat and it arrived cooked which we sent back, after which a rare one arrived but as you can see from the photo it was definitely not the one cut from the bone, but another piece and added to make us happy. It can be noted that the thickness of the meat that was supposed to arrive is completely different, it is not possible that with a bone of at least 3-4 cm, a 1 cm cut of meat arrives (good, but not that of the bone). After various clarifications with the pseudo owner and the waiter we got nothing out of it, an explanation that does not reflect reality at all. I assure you that the flavor of the meat (what little was left) of the bone was different to the one we ate. Justifying that today is Saturday, that the waiter shouldn't have offered us such meat, is not justifiable. If I come to a place like this and ask for a rib-eye, knowing how much it costs, I expect to eat a rib-eye, and pay handsomely for it. We spent 76 euros on meat alone and I assure you it wasn't worth it at all, it's not what I ordered. All the excuses in the world don't hold up. PS I paid first and then asked for explanations, I didn't want to save money (I was going elsewhere). I didn't have service and I didn't eat tonight at Bifulco, it seems like a dream but it's like that, I'm really disappointed, I didn't expect to be treated like an incompetent on cutting, cooking, etc. If I ask to eat and pay handsomely for some meat I don't want to be made fun of. I want to pay and eat what I pay for. I don't want to be invited to come back another day and not on Saturday (are there super discounts on Saturdays? I don't think so). I hope this inconvenience only happened to me. I assure you that every time I have been there to eat (even on Saturdays) I left very happy and couldn't wait to go back.

02/09/2024: Ci siamo fermati per caso di passaggio, location non male, ma i latticini immangiabili, mozzarella la peggiore che io abbia mai mangiato, per non parlare della provola non riesco a trovare un termine per classificarla, ho paura che anche il peggior vocabolo possa essere poco per descriverla, mi spiace solo che tanta gente mangia solo per masticare ignorando il gusto e i sapori di qualità. Fate le merende ma non producete latticini, non è il vostro campo. È brutto fare una cattiva recensione ma qui ci vorrebbero i pacchetti come si suol dire, abbiamo dovuto gettare nell’umido tutto.
