For those who love this kind of food like me, it's the perfect place to unplug from the hustle and bustle of the city, the smog, the confusion, and the summer heat. UNDER THE FEET OF THE MOUNTAINS OF PRATO DI CAMPOLI IN VEROLI, AMONG THE TREES THAT PROVIDE SHADE AND SILENCE. A TAVERN TO BE EXPERIENCED EVEN IN WINTER, WITH ITS LARGE OLD STONE FIREPLACE IN THE CENTER OF THE ROOM. A PLACE WHERE TIME HAS STOPPED, EVOKING CHILDHOOD MEMORIES OF OUR GRANDMOTHERS' CELLARS AND OUR GRANDPARENTS' INNS. HOMEMADE PASTA, HOMEMADE MEATS, LOCAL CURED MEATS, AND CHEESES.

28/07/2025: A charming and intimate place; the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable.
The bread tasting at the beginning of the dinner was interesting; we tried a few appetizers, first courses, and, of course, the meat.
The price was fair for the quality.

16/08/2025: If I could give it 0 stars, I would. I booked a table at 10:00 AM for the same evening, but when I arrived, I was told I'd have to wait because the table was taken.
16/08/2025: Sublime pizza! Every time I'm in Frattamaggiore, I come back here. The pizza is light, the ingredients are high-quality, and the staff is incredibly welcoming. You feel right at home. I highly recommend this pizzeria!

12/08/2025: Excellent place, I highly recommend trying this pizzeria. We tried several pizzas, and none of them disappointed.
The bread dough is very light, the quality of the ingredients is excellent, and the pizzas are all balanced in flavor. I recommend trying the "i fiordi" pizza.
The service is exceptional, with constant attention and cleanliness.
Very nice and easily accessible place. On weekends, it's best to start a little earlier to try and get a table.
The price was excellent for what we ordered. The total cost for four pizzas, an appetizer, three bottles of water, and limoncello for three people was between €20-25.
Highly recommended.
06/08/2025: Excellent pizza, quality ingredients, but the air recycling system is not very adequate, perhaps due to the proximity of the kitchen, we have been there several times and returned home with clothes soaked in fried food, otherwise everything is excellent

12/08/2025: I had the pleasure of trying the €25 menu, and I must say it was a pleasant surprise. The dishes feature fresh fish, cooked simply but deliciously, with generous portions that leave you completely satisfied. The value for money is truly fabulous; it's hard to find anything similar in the area.
The only area that could be improved is the service, which is rather slow: you have to wait a bit too long between courses. If they could speed up the service and organize the dining room better, this place could truly become a must-visit.
In short: excellent cuisine, fresh fish, unbeatable prices. With a few tweaks to the service, it could become a local favorite.

20/07/2025: A lovely, very cute and unique little place, with very particular furnishings and a style all its own, but in the context it is definitely one of a kind, good background music with the great Pino Daniele and this is highlighted fully in the style of the place with his vinyl albums displayed everywhere, typically classic Neapolitan dishes, excellent appetizers with good quality cold cuts and cheeses, Neapolitan fried food and many other typical Campania products and dishes, excellent mixed side dishes, zucchini scapece, sautéed mushrooms, eggplant with mushrooms, eggplant parmigiana, everything cooked excellently and with love you can taste it, consistency, seasoning, preparation and care of the product is evident, delicious first courses, (a small flaw, out of three first courses tasted, all three very savory, attention not only with the salt, but also in the combination of the products used which release savory) but despite this there was flavor and the pasta was cooked perfectly, excellent selection of wines, classic liqueurs nothing special Honestly, I would have liked some special liqueurs, perhaps artisanal, not the classic banal bar liqueurs. Good service, very kind and helpful staff who put customers at ease. The owner is a very welcoming and friendly person. Congratulations to everyone.

07/08/2025: I must say that the pizza is really good—thin provola and pepper, light and flavorful—but the fifth star is missing for the service. The staff was a bit distracted; the waiter approached us and asked what we wanted without showing us the menus. The lady at the cash register wasn't exactly elegant; she smoked in the room while serving fried food from the display case. Without a few incidents, it would be a top-notch pizzeria.

15/07/2025: I discovered Vecchia Officina about a year ago thanks to a friend's recommendation, and it's been a regular fixture ever since. I often go there with my wife, and every time it's a confirmation: the food is good, the atmosphere is great, and we always leave satisfied. The place has a truly pleasant, welcoming, and well-kept atmosphere, with an original, warm, and convivial style.
What immediately struck us was the quality of the food: the sandwiches are excellent, plentiful, and well-balanced in flavor, made with carefully selected, always fresh ingredients. The appetizers are also worth a visit: generous portions and authentic flavors. One of the things we appreciate most is the "sandwich of the month" offer, which changes frequently and always gives us a reason to return to try something new.
There's nothing to complain about when it comes to prices either: they're absolutely fair for what's offered; in fact, the quality/price ratio is often surprising.
But what makes the experience even more enjoyable is the wait staff, who are known for their kindness and helpfulness. Always smiling, attentive, and never intrusive: they make you feel welcome, as if you were at home.
In short, Vecchia Officina isn't just a good pub; it's a place you'll gladly return to, each time with the same enthusiasm as the first. A place that, once discovered, is hard to let go.
