One of the best sandwiches I've ever eaten. The meat was excellent, and the appetizers were very, very good. Although, the only flaw was the sandwich being too greasy, probably reheated on the grill and covered in oil... as were the baked potatoes my friend had as a side. Despite this, the sandwich was really good, worth the wait. Speaking of which, the wait is anywhere from an hour to two hours. Depending on how many people you have... The service was too fast; I understand there are people waiting, but if we come in as the last table and there's no more waiting, we can take our time. I'll definitely be back despite these small imperfections; it's worth the wait.

Kindness and professionalism Everything good

A well-established and well-deserved reputation over the years, it undoubtedly remains at the top of its category for the quality, variety, and creativity of the products offered on the menu, such as the breaded chicken strips and provola cheese. The only flaw is the immense line. The service is very fast and helpful. Personally, it lags a little behind competitors like Gigione, Sciuè, and Chiu, but it's absolutely recommended. We'll definitely return!

Six of us went to Black Burger and waited about an hour to get in on a Saturday evening. We ordered very quickly, and I must say the service was very prompt. For an appetizer, I recommend the portions of potatoes, both gluten-free and regular. The pulled pork meatballs weren't the best, as they were a bit too dry. Another appetizer we liked was the corn dog, which was flavorless. We'll give a shout out to the sandwiches and wraps; everything was truly delicious and fresh. We weren't exactly thrilled with the dessert, as both the tiramisu and the cheesecake were brought to the table at room temperature; we would have preferred them cold. The prices are average. The bathroom is very dirty. Is it worth trying? Yes. Would I go back? No.

The food is excellent, congratulations, but only at the restaurant. Tonight we ordered through Alfonsino Rider and received three good sandwiches, except that the burgers inside were completely burnt. You could have been more careful, and it's not because they're considered sold outside the restaurant that they must have this poor quality. I'm sorry to write this negative review, but it's there.

The place and staff deserve a solid 10. The owners are wonderful people. Every dish you choose here has unique flavors.
