13/07/2024: The place is nice and well looked after, the normal food is not applause, the quantities are few and the prices are high, it wants to be a gourmet place but, considering everything, the location and the mini car park, it is not.

02/06/2024: If this is a summer opening then the summer will be a real flop. Table booked a month in advance, we sit down at 9pm and at 9.30pm we order drinks and appetizers, judging by the shocked faces made by the girl in the suit who took our order I wondered several times if we had spoken in some ancient language or he simply didn't want to be there at all. Around 10pm our order arrives, with the artists starting to perform I am amazed at how they have created such a beautiful situation here in southern Italy, but after half an hour it starts to rain. Working in restaurant management, I understand the discomfort that heavy rain can bring when having to stop the artists and having to move some customers who were sitting outdoors, but we didn't see any more staff until 10.50pm, when we asked one of the staff again for the menus. waiters who fled between the tables... 11.20pm, second request for the menus, 11.45pm third request for the menus which do not arrive, but this time the waiter asks us "the menus for what?" after telling him that we wanted to finish eating the answer was a firm "NO! The kitchen closes at midnight" so against all catering rules we didn't have those 15 minutes to order again... It stops raining and the artists start performing again, while the waiters continued to serve other courses to the tables for at least another 40 minutes, we decide to order two more bottles of prosecco, to enjoy the music and at least leave happy. But at a certain point the artists announce that they will stop for 10 minutes to rest and then resume, the singer doesn't want to but the singer whispers something in her ear, and these 10 minutes of break are never over, we decide to go to pay to go out to eat something... We pass among the artists who were at the internal bar drinking their alcohol and having fun with each other and other customers... And we discover from the bill that the bottles of prosecco had cost us €60 each, as if we had been in one of the best private rooms places in Posillipo... Let's pay this very high bill and leave as soon as possible to fill our bellies elsewhere... I must say that the "experience" was truly unforgettable, in the sense that I have never seen the staff of a restaurant act in this way, and I certainly wouldn't go back to be made fun of again. It's a shame because it all started off great, the food was very good, and the place really has a lot of potential. Furthermore, if in a restaurant the kitchen closes at midnight, this should mean that at 11.59pm I still have every right to order.

19/08/2024: The place is magnificent with an incredible view of the Bay of Naples. In terms of food, it’s rather simple but it does the trick for a quick lunch break.

15/08/2024: The reception is average for nationalities other than Italian, not commercial. We ordered 4 dishes and upon arrival 3 dishes and the waiter insisted that we ordered 3 dishes, my partner had a rotten chair and almost fell...fortunately the boss intervened.

04/08/2024: Good pizzeria with a vast menu of pizzas in many variations, including gourmet ones, quality products and excellent combinations, even the fried foods are delicious. Prices are very affordable, free parking on the street in front.

Then we ordered the pizzas (5) we waited 2 hours and there was no trace of the pizzas we asked and they told us "still 30 minutes" in the in the meantime other people had come after us and the pizza arrived immediately. So we had to make do with paltry appetizers. In all it cost us €80 (which in another restaurant we would have eaten more and better) Complete by saying that it was the worst experience of my life I will not go back. And while we were eating these miserable things there were people smoking under a tent that seemed to be arranged at the last moment

19/07/2024: Very Italian atmosphere, service a little long but very friendly and commercial waiter. Very reasonable prices

24/08/2024: Not recommended, better continue a few more kilometers and eat outside the tourist area, especially if you are a foreigner and still have no judgment. The quality of the food was not bad but after a week in Naples and surrounding areas I can attest that the quality-price ratio could be improved (pasta at €20-25). Better not to order off the menu. The views are spectacular but be careful with the sun on the terrace. If you finally don't follow the advice and stop, eat in the dining room. There are also views.

24/08/2024: The location of Cratere sul Vesuvio is truly splendid and fresh, with a breathtaking view that adds a special touch to the dining experience. The staff were very friendly and attentive, which made the meal enjoyable and relaxing. However, despite the lovely atmosphere and friendly service, I expected something more from the food. Although it was good, it did not reach the expectations I had for such an impressive place. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, but with some reservations on the level of cuisine.

05/08/2024: Let me start by saying that the first disruption/disagree arose in the car park, unfortunately to reach the crater you inevitably have to make a fairly steep climb with the road surface made up of pebbles, gravel... the car parkers have seen fit to position themselves at the steepest and most it's where cars stop to follow their instructions on where to park. It's a shame that this position causes cars to stop, even the best performing ones, because when you set off again, you have to play with half a tire since you can't get on and you inevitably have to scrape this gravel with your tires. When I went to tell the valet, very politely, I received a response as if I was wrong to tell them to stand lower and that I should mind my own business. Bah! Usual Neapolitan education where the concept of dialogue has no longer existed for years. Once this inconvenience is over, we enter the place where there are no more seats as they are all sold out, good! We then ask how long the wait was for a table and the waiters could not answer, replying that we could have easily taken a box and eaten it in front of the panoramic balcony (without chairs, tables or suitable positions... Practically standing) we accept this condition, now we were there, let's go to the house to pay for this box... and here's the third inconvenience... a box with two omelettes, three tachos, two sandwiches (the very small ones used during refreshments) two cans of still water, €50 !!!! €50!!!! I have no words! In short, during the wait, a good 30 minutes, we took advantage of a table that had become free to sit and consume these very expensive dishes... To finish the story, because this is a story! Cold food is no big deal. Synthesis? I advise whoever manages this place to review the total management of the place for a moment, starting from the parking lot and ending with the goodbye…. I recommend hiring people who at least want to work, I recommend placing more tables and more chairs because the place is worth it but you are literally ruining it!

10/08/2024: Unfortunately it was a real disappointment. Hard and unleavened dough. Really inedible, with no crust and very little seasoning, it looked like a biscuit. I have never eaten such a bad margherita. Absolutely to avoid

26/07/2024: Quality pizza, I recommend 100X100 to go to Reginella at least once.

24/07/2024: We weren’t expecting much, but the pizza and pasta we had were lovely. The service was also great. Worth a visit if needing lunch before exploring the ruins.

17/07/2024: Here is a modest restaurant at the right price as I like them... Generous and good quality portions, a garden side which allows you to eat outside sheltered from the sun. BRAVO, don’t change anything (except the olives perhaps) It feels good to break away from tourist stereotypes.

07/07/2024: Nice location, but forgettable service The panoramic view of the restaurant is certainly one of its strong points (probably the only one), with the lights of the Gulf of Naples and the surrounding cities. It's a shame that, as a counterpoint to this beauty, the service and experience offered aren't the best: starting from the farmer's tasting menu, where both the first courses that should have been included in the menu were wrong and because of this error the correct dishes arrived after half an hour while those who had had the correct order instead had to eat alone first (also given the waiting times), we would have hoped for at least a sweet closing, if we hadn't had it here too in fact, the catch to myself in the "cherry brittle" was that the aforementioned black cherry was so fresh that it still had the stone, due to the potential integrity of my teeth. Once the danger was over, it's a shame that they didn't ask me for the dinner experience along with the balance of the bill, otherwise I would certainly have given them some very honest feedback.

07/07/2024: Very badly managed, perhaps in other fields the kids are good, but catering is not for them, telephone for terrace two gulfs, a table for 2 and upon arrival they send us to the structure opposite, which according to them is the same thing, a very inclined table in a corner, we get some soggy and cold chips, on the menu there is a restaurant classic, which frankly I didn't want, I ask the waiter for explanations and he begins to question my reservation, a squabble starts, which shouldn't happen, I had to show him on his cell phone the call to Terrazza Due Golfo and not Piana delle Ginestre, because I didn't want a restaurant. Not knowing what to tell me anymore, he explained that they have call forwarding, as if I had known for sure, when I paid, the girl took on a silly attitude, she wanted to be right, making me more nervous because instead of giving explanations, it was enough for you to be clear from the start and all this didn't happen. In short, a disaster, I don't recommend it being very badly managed. I regret the old management, 2 wonderful structures, too bad

15/08/2024: I'm sitting at the table and after the miserable appetizer which doesn't correspond to the menu in terms of quantity, after an hour and a quarter nothing has arrived... The kitchen is haywire.. For the moment I can't say anything else.

15/08/2024: I have been to this earthly paradise where you can enjoy a unique freshness. I was welcomed by very kind and courteous staff. I ordered two special drinks made by the very kind bartender who answered all my questions. I then asked the waitress (very nice and sweet) for a platter of cold cuts and cheeses with hot appetizers. I must say everything is delicious and above all fresh. I went crazy for the truly zero kilometer courgette flowers. But the thing that struck me most were the two huge, totally free car parks. but above all the receipt didn't give me heart attacks, affordable and modest prices. I highly recommend you come to this paradise.

15/08/2024: I want to say, reading all the reviews, everything they say is not true at all, since I have been to this wonderful place. It's true that prices have increased but like they have increased everywhere, that is, everything has become more expensive, but people think that everything is free.. number one the appetizers they make are not frozen but all made by the chef in the kitchen, so they make fresh things every day and obviously you pay and I paid the right price knowing the prices and the things I chose... I want to talk about this because all the guys, the director and the place obviously are wonderful... I don't want to prolong it, I had a great time and I invite everyone to have the same experience as me... unfortunately it's bad to say it but people are very bad and you think that everything is due ….. LONG LIVE FOR THE DOM!!!!
