08/07/2024: I was invited to the Giardino Dei Principi as a guest a week ago...what can I say, I was struck by the beauty and cleanliness of the restaurant, the food was uniquely delicious as well as the dishes were carefully prepared. The highly qualified dining room staff, the maitre Gennaro of a unique professionalism only with the look knows how to assert itself and impose itself... perfect timing 8.00 pm cake.
Everything is beautiful!

21/08/2024: Stay in 08/2023, i.e. in the middle of the holiday season. The facility is located right on the lake. Rooms spacious and clean. The equipment is unimpressive, but sufficient. However, the view of the lake from the balcony is amazing.
The breakfast buffet is varied. Sweet and salty, lots of fruit and vegetables. You can eat on the outdoor terrace overlooking the lake. Fresh juices/drinks are available for guests free of charge every day at the reception all day long. The hotel is in a very peaceful and quiet place. Closed parking. A great base to explore the entire lake. Good choice.
17/08/2024: Old and decrepit hotel. In our lake view room, the VMC in the bathroom made more noise than a tractor, impossible to sleep, and the safe key did not work. The person at reception who spoke French to whom we explained these problems told us “I understand, I understand, the technician will repair everything” and no one came in 4 days. The hotel corridors are disgusting, and for breakfast if you eat outside the armchairs are in tatters and the plastic chairs are full of droppings. And we paid a lot for this hotel!
And when it comes to the beach below the hotel… it’s everything you want to avoid…

Excellent pizzas as well as sandwiches. Friendly and professional staff. Clean pizzeria. The internal room is small but is fine for a quick bite to eat.
Points no:
Fry shop not up to par with pizzas and sandwiches
It's not very convenient for parking

Zero seriousness
They didn't deliver the order and they said it was delivered. I call the pizzeria and they say the phone doesn't work here. They take the money, the service and then they don't even make sure to deliver it.

29/07/2023: Abbiamo acquistato 2 menu per 2 persone tramite groupon, abbiamo effettuato prenotazione per sabato 29 luglio alle 21.15 della quale ne abbiamo avuto anche conferma via mail, ci siamo recati presso la struttura e abbiamo trovato tutto chiuso, nella bacheca esterna c'era scritto chiuso per ferie. Una signora che abita in una casa adiacente al locale ci ha detto che è una situazione che va avanti da un mese e che quasi ogni sera assiste alla scena di persone che arrivano e vanno via a pancia vuota!!
Vergogna!!
