29/09/2025: Yesterday was a delightful evening for my mother's birthday, in a very family-friendly atmosphere. The owners, Gabriele and his wife, were extremely kind and attentive, supported by a patient and attentive staff who responded to our every request. The food was excellent! They demonstrated great professionalism and attention to food intolerances. Highly recommended!

14/09/2025: Today we had lunch at the "Radis Trattoria Moderna" restaurant in San Prisco. The welcome was perfect: friendly, polite but not pretentious, the service familiar but not intrusive. You immediately feel at ease. The decor is relaxing, understated, and refined at the same time. The interior dining room and garden offer generous seating arrangements. Each table feels like a separate island. We chose to sit in the garden. The background music was light and pleasant. The dishes were exquisite, starting with the appetizer. The light fried anchovies were also delicious; I also tried the stuffed ones my son chose: delicate; the pinsa with chili peppers, soft and tasty; the paccheri with cherry tomatoes and cod, cooked to perfection, with a perfect balance of flavors; the Radis tiramisu, soft as a cloud, a true delight. The products used are all top-quality, otherwise the chef's undoubted skill in making every dish tasty and light would not have been enough. Prices: completely reasonable and appropriate for the offerings. A couple of friends came to visit us, and we wanted to make a good impression. We succeeded. 07/07/2025: I had pizza here because it was recommended to me and I really wasn't disappointed. Aside from the goodness and quality of the food, the care in the preparation and the attention to tradition, a kindness towards the customer that you don't see often. These guys really deserve it. PS in addition to the pizzas, I recommend you absolutely try the frittatine which are the original ones made in batter and that remain dry and the crocché which were divine, only grandma made them like this.

09/11/2025: It's a shame I can only give 5 stars. They're very few. The owners are incredibly kind. The wait staff is polite and very efficient. And the girl behind the counter is incredibly kind and very friendly. The place is clean, welcoming, and very familiar. I went last night for the second time. The first time I had the same impression, but I waited to go back to see if it was a coincidence. No coincidence, everything is truly perfect. Congratulations to all of you, you're fantastic.

12/10/2025: In Santa Maria Capua Vetere, away from the center. Excellent food, a variety of quality ingredients. The only small flaw is that the dining room is a bit cramped.

15/07/2025: For the first time, I had the opportunity to try pizza with river chili peppers. With a few toasted vegetable tips and cherry tomatoes, it was truly delicious. Friendly staff and very fast service.

12/07/2025: An extraordinary pizza, captivating at first glance: perfectly leavened dough, with a high, soft, and well-cooked crust, punctuated by the typical wood-fired oven burn marks. The white crust holds a generous amount of stringy mozzarella, fresh cherry tomatoes, and basil. Each bite is a balance of sweetness, creaminess, and fragrance. Making the experience even more enjoyable was the impeccable service: the waiters, all young and charming, greeted us with a sincere smile and great availability. The service was surprisingly fast, without ever feeling rushed. A perfect evening, where the quality of the cuisine is combined with attentiveness to the guest. We will definitely be back.

03/11/2025: The place is very small and dark... We hadn't booked, but they seated us anyway, except that—once we'd ordered—they made it clear we had to hurry up and eat because "they'd already done us a favor..." Moral of the story: We didn't finish the pizza, which was also burnt! Incredible!

31/10/2025: A very friendly and welcoming atmosphere. The staff is always kind and polite. The food is high-quality and fresh. I recommend it.

19/10/2025: Expensive Margherita, €6 and not worth the quality. Both the ingredients and the cooking process, burnt and with undercooked dough, soggy pizza. A small portion of fries cost €5... Oh my... never again!
