14/02/2025: Today I ordered 3 croissants with glovo: one cream and black cherry, one black and white and one caramel and one pistachio pangocciole. The first two arrived correctly while the third croissant was cream and instead of the pangocciole another croissant arrived even though I had paid more for the first. I'm sorry that what I ordered didn't arrive

01/05/2025: On April 30th, around 3.30/4pm, I sit in a bar and order a coffee and a cappuccino. At the time of service, the girl in charge forgets to bring me the sweetener. I politely point out the absence, but instead of dealing with it immediately, I see her chatting about this and that with a friend of hers, ignoring the request. After a few minutes, I asked for the sweetener again, pointing out that in the meantime the coffee was getting cold. His reaction was annoyed and, finally bringing me the sweetener, he replied that he doesn't have to give me an account of what he does. At that point I thought it appropriate to point out to her that, when working in contact with the public, it is a duty to give account to customers, especially since they pay to receive a service that lives up to expectations. The problem, however, does not lie only in the unprofessional attitude of the girl - who evidently appeared inexperienced and without adequate training - but rather in rough management by the owner, who should select the staff more carefully, evaluating both their skills and aptitude for the role. To be avoided if you don't want to make a bad impression on some friends.

06/05/2025: I went on a Sunday evening, the place was very full and we had to wait 10 minutes, frequented mostly by very young people who were perhaps not even adults, quick service with a limited choice of extras to accompany the drinks. Nice place to spend a pleasant evening

25/04/2025: Molto accogliente e ci sono sempre tante persone. Il personale è gentile e attento. La qualità di colazione e aperitivi è sempre ottima e si è mantenuta costante nel tempo. Ci vengo ormai dal 2019, per me una garanzia!
