08/01/2026: Today I went to Caseificio Lattai Ponticorvo in Alvignano (CE), a very well-maintained and clean location with good-quality products. However, the overall experience was very disappointing due to the behavior of the staff who took my order. I politely requested a dish of the day (arugula, cherry tomatoes, cheese shavings, mozzarella, and bresaola) without bresaola, as I'm vegetarian. My request was met with condescension and sarcasm, making me feel uncomfortable and out of place. It's a real shame, because the place would deserve better if more attention was paid to respect and courtesy toward customers, regardless of their dietary preferences.

05/01/2026: Monday's unloading was efficient. The company opens at around 6:30 a.m., but there's a bit of a wait for unloading. Buses are loaded first, then unloaded. There's a scale at the entrance. There's a wide shoulder in front of the company, so you can park overnight.
