21/08/2025: Two bad experiences on the same day. I line up at the register to order, and the lady tells me that if I sit at the table, a girl will come and take my order. I go to the table and wait to order. Finally, I ask for the bill and want to pay, but I'm told to go back to the register and wait in line to pay. They charge a 10% service charge, but the service isn't complete; in fact, it's completely absent if I have to wait in line twice to pay. What's the surcharge?
