I will never stop thanking them because, with their great sacrifices, they bring prestige to our region in the restaurant business. I Briganti has now become a restaurant that embodies the identity of our beloved Irpinia region, and we should be proud of this. Maurizio and Mario pay attention to everything: from the choice of raw materials to the selection of products, always of the highest quality, with great respect for the territory and for true 0 km. And every time I return to savor one of their extraordinary dishes, which seems simple but actually embodies technique, tradition, and soul: pancotto with broccoli, extra virgin olive oil, cheese, and crispy dried peppers.
