Hotel Ristorante Portobello

12/02/2026: I stayed at this hotel for work. The rooms were spotless and well-kept. The bed was comfortable. The staff were friendly and made you feel at home, and after just a few minutes, it felt like you'd known them all your life.
The food was excellent: the fish dishes were excellent, all of them! Every day, there were specials featuring the fresh catch of the day.
Compliments to all the staff.

The gas station outside might make you think otherwise:
The interior is beautiful and welcoming, as are the professional and friendly staff.
A fish menu with various options.
We had seafood appetizers (Soute') and first courses.... Paccheri with lobster and seafood...
Everything was delicious. The bitters and grappas... Delicious desserts to sweeten the bill too. 😁 Anyway, fair enough...

13/10/2025: We went for lunch yesterday, and since we're not from the area, we were guided by some reviews, and what can I say? It was a dream, starting with the fact that Mr. Raffaele welcomed us and introduced himself as a friend. The place is surrounded by greenery with not a lot of seats inside. You absolutely must try their appetizer (we couldn't order anything else because it was huge). They also offered us tiramisu and their homemade bitters, which were delicious. If we ever pass by again in the future, we'll see you again.

18/02/2026: We stopped here for lunch on a friend's recommendation, and we felt right at home. We had a table near the fireplace, Silvana and the owner were wonderful people, and of course, the food was excellent.

20/04/2025: Si mangia bene considerato che nella zona ogni posto è di qualità. Menu assente, ma anche questa è usanza. ATTENZIONE, portare contanti!!! NON accetta POS anche se arrivo e funzionante...dicono non funziona!
28/01/2025: Posto assai caratteristico immerso nella Baronia irpina.
I sapori sono quelli di una volta...la carne alla brace è la protagonista del ristorante, ma qui tutto è buono servito con gentilezza e professionalità.
