27/07/2025: A truly pleasant experience! I ate wonderfully: carefully prepared dishes, authentic flavors, and great attention to detail. The setting is perfectly summery, with a relaxed and bright atmosphere, yet still retains that touch of elegance that makes all the difference. The staff is kind and attentive, and it's nice to see the owners present and available. Service was quite quick, even when the place was full. A place where you feel pampered! Anna🌻

19/07/2025: Fantastic, "sardella" appetizer and homemade bread. A lovely shellfish-based first course and a nice glass of rosé.

06/07/2025: All good, good welcome, good service. The first courses were good, the mussel soup was good, we didn't take the second courses, but I was a bit surprised to see very little fried calamari, with small calamari... very disappointing... We went to this restaurant because it was recommended to us by 2 out of 3 people. The price seemed a bit too high to me. This is my opinion. Go but know that the fried food leaves much to be desired.

05/07/2025: Ordered swordfish mixed salad. Sparkling water.. the girl arrives with a water on tap, I immediately ask to change it with a sealed one, she brings bread and a small plate with an oily red substance, she puts it down and leaves, without describing the dish, what is it? Sweet, spicy? What does it contain? If one is celiac or intolerant? Zero knowledge, I noticed every time the kitchen door opened, the staff all without headphones, even people sitting at tables. Who came in and out at will, even behind the bar counter. Probably relatives.. No, it's not for me. This is the third one I've rejected at Le Castella, there aren't hundreds of them..

09/07/2025: The food is not what you could expect in Italy. The good thing is the view and the location. Let me explain : the seafood tartar has no taste. It’s just an assembly of fish cubes and melon cubes. The seafood couscous is a joke. There are no vegetables, no harissa. Just a few mussels served on top of semolina served with a tasteless vegetable consommé. Not worth your time.

14/07/2025: I would have gladly given more stars, but honestly, I don't feel like it. I've been frequenting the area in the summer since the 1980s, and this is my first time at this restaurant. The welcome was immediately off-putting because, having mentioned that I had a Maltese dog, I received warnings both when I booked by phone and when I first entered the restaurant. Not a good one. The atmosphere is basic, but it's okay. Service is slow, with staff who seemed annoyed at serving tables. The pizzas, however, were good. It could have been better if they hadn't been so obnoxious with the animals.

13/07/2025: Welcoming place and helpful staff. We arrived on a Saturday evening without a reservation, and they managed to give us a table for three. The pizza was decent, with a thick but not crispy crust, and the price was quite reasonable. I didn't try the restaurant, so I'm giving it a fifth star.

11/07/2025: We arrived at the place around 8:00 PM and were seated practically wherever we wanted, as there was practically no one else there, only three tables besides us. They had us order right away, and we all opted for pizza. After about an hour of waiting, I pointed out that there was no one there when we arrived and the wait wasn't justified. The waiter told me the pizzas were in the oven. It took another 20 minutes for the pizzas. So, an hour and 20 minutes of waiting. I should point out that takeout customers were constantly arriving, waiting a few minutes and sometimes leaving with dozens of pizzas. I'll never go to a place like that again.!!!
