28/02/2026: Squalid place with no air, education less than zero. Upon arrival I found myself in front of a person who was already annoyed at seeing me, so I got up from the table and left.
16/02/2026: We were pampered by the staff and the food.

07/01/2026: We went twice during the holidays in the evening. What can I say? The welcome was warm, the service was excellent, and the food was delicious. I must admit that, besides the pizza, the Fuoco di Bacco spaghetti was a real delight. A heartfelt thank you to Nicola and all the staff. We'll definitely be back. Thank you!

18/01/2026: I'm sharing this experience after the 2nd or 3rd time I've tried the restaurant... seated at 8:30 PM (4 people), we received our pizza at 10:15 PM. The menu was delivered after a half-hour wait, and after ordering a mixed fried pizza, we had an interminable wait for the pizza.
This all seems to repeat itself time after time, and when we ask the waiter, after waiting over an hour, we're told, "You'll have to wait longer for the pizzas."
Finally, the pizza arrived, one of which was wrong and another was raw.

12/10/2025: This is my second time here... the first time by chance, and the second time by choice. The rooms are comfortable and definitely clean and well-maintained, and the staff is fantastic. The food is excellent home cooking... I love watching people work... And in this group, I've seen family, passion, and good taste. The food is truly excellent. I'm not giving it 5 stars just to encourage the owners to slightly modernize the accommodations, which I already find to be more than satisfactory. Special praise to all the staff and the food... Home on a plate... Congratulations!

30/11/2025: Very welcoming place, excellent staff and service, really good sandwiches, excellent value for money.
01/11/2025: A very welcoming atmosphere, with soft lighting and a typical pub feel. The wooden tables, flanked by comfortable benches and well-spaced, make the place pleasant and comfortable. The provision of USB chargers, mirrors, and numerous televisions is a great idea.
The menu is varied, the prices are fair, and the products are of good quality.
The service can be a bit slow at times, which could be improved, but on other occasions it has been impeccable.
We are regulars and definitely recommend it!

16/02/2026: I arrived at 9:30 PM and ordered just two very basic pizzas, which arrived at 11:30 PM. When ordering, they asked for double mozzarella on the pizza, but they forgot to add it, and the entire crust was charred. After complaining about the two-hour wait, I didn't receive an apology, just the excuse: "The place was busy." I recommend you improve this aspect, because a full place doesn't justify a two-hour wait for two pizzas.
04/12/2025: The food and staff are very good. The heating could be set a little higher during the cooler months.

22/01/2026: The pizza is good, but we caught a night when they had karaoke and the volume of the speakers was shocking. We finished the pizza quickly and ran away.
02/01/2026: We called to order two pizzas for delivery.
The number was dialed incorrectly several times.
Furthermore, the pizzas arrived 48 minutes late.
Placing the delivery driver and me, who ordered, in a difficult situation.
One last thing!!
There was no willingness to repair the damage done.
Neither a discount nor any other way to accommodate the customer.
Terrible!

09/12/2025: Everything was fine, the staff were very friendly. The breakfast was really good.
20/09/2025: Unfortunately, the room hadn't been cleaned. There was dust on the tables, and in the bathroom there was a used bar of soap, contact lenses and dental floss in the wastebasket, and mosquito larvae in the toilet. Overall, the rooms are apparently neglected and old. Breakfast is good but limited, and the hours are limited. At the end of the day, when we returned, mosquitoes were in the room; I imagine they entered during cleaning.

26/09/2024: Nonostante frequenti tantissimo Castrovillari non mi era mai capitato di mangiare in questo piccolo ristorante - trattoria emiliana. Eh si, cucina emiliana a Castrovillari. Molto carino l’ambiente anche se a mio avviso un po’ freddo. Sicuramente perché predomina la pietra, il grigio, il bianco. È comunque un ambiente piacevole e comodo. La signora che ci ha servito, sicuramente la titolare, persona di una gentilezza e professionalità di alto livello. Menù di facile e semplice lettura. Pochi piatti ma particolari. Cucina emiliana con contaminazioni calabresi. Abbiamo consumato lo gnocco fritto con tagliere di salumi di Modena, eccezionale la mortadella, ed anche la nostra ‘nduja che sullo gnocco fritto è da assaggiare. Cena proseguita con gnocco alla crema di baccalà e peperone crusco. Piatto gourmet, complimenti! Poche birre ma ottime. Il prezzo poi è stato veramente una sorpresa. Rapporto qualità prezzo eccezionale. Ci tornerò sicuramente anche per veloci pranzi di lavoro.
