10/08/2024: We had dinner on August 24, ordering a first course and a second course of cod. The first course was acceptable, the cod served after an infinite amount of time, full of water, it had to be grilled, without flavor and with a strong and disgusting flavor of rosemary, which covered the poor quality. My friend left it on the plate, I gave it to one of the numerous kittens who appreciate the "Saraceno" cuisine. The problem, perhaps, is that we are used to something else, where the fish to be grilled is brought to the customer, who ensures the freshness is weighed and then roasted in front of the customers. But the most shameful thing, when pointed out, they respond, unprofessionally, that "no customer has ever complained".
