03/08/2025: We are a group of Roman friends who were passing through and decided to stop for dinner at this fantastic place! Top quality! Delicious products, and the food was truly delicious. Unfortunately, I can't give it 5 stars... at the end of the meal, we asked for coffee and were told they only had decaf, which is quite unusual for a restaurant, especially an Italian one. Despite this small inconvenience, it's definitely a place I'd happily return to if I ever have the chance again!

Every time we eat at Osteria dei Sani, it feels like sitting down at a friend’s table. Luca always gives you a warm welcome, and Annamaria, the chef, creates the most delicious dishes. You can truly feel the attention and care they give to their guests – you’re not just another customer here, you’re treated like a guest should be.
The food is always fresh and incredibly tasty. Whether you’re in the mood for pasta, a beautiful piece of meat, or dessert (those are dangerously good!), everything is spot on. And with each dish, Luca knows just the right wine to pair it with.
The atmosphere is cozy, warm, and authentically Italian – you feel the moment you walk in.
For us, this is one of those places we’re always happy to come back to so that is what we do every year!
05/08/2025: We concluded our holiday with a delicious seafood lunch. Luca had picked the fish that very morning in Roseto – it couldn't be fresher! The photos speak for themselves. The vegetarian lunch for one of us was also fantastic. The flavors, the creativity of Anna Maria and her team, and the warm hospitality with which we were welcomed… we'll miss it all immensely in the coming year!

31/08/2024: Assurdo! Prenoto un tavolo il 31 di agosto e l'app di The Fork mi fa prenotare tranquillamente. Arriviamo al ristorante che é CHIUSO PER FERIE FINO A SETTEMBRE!

03/02/2025: Da premettere che è un locale che ho frequentato anni addietro moltissime volte, questa volta è stata un’esperienza pessima.
Il cameriere veniva al tavolo mangiando, masticando, e nel parlare gli è pure caduta una mollica sopra il nostro tavolo
Abbiamo visto la stessa cosa ripetersi anche negli altri tavoli
Non esiste un menù e,dopo esserci seduti, il cameriere ha iniziato con l’ antipasto e poi ci ha chiesto tra i due primi a disposizione quale volessimo.Quando abbiamo chiesto il conto, ci siamo ritrovati con una bella sorpresa. 30 € a testa, per un antipasto misto ,un primo e mezzo litro di vino della casa.
Nella richiesta di poter pagare con il pos, l’opzione c’è stata negata poiché avevano l’apparecchio rotto. Leggendo le altre recensioni pare che sia un proprio modus operandi.
Alla richiesta della correttezza del conto è stato risposto che tutto era corretto
Naturalmente, non torneremo più in questo locale.

12/08/2024: festa di laurea rovinata dal pessimo servizio ,non dai camerieri che erano gentilissimi ma in special modo dal servizio bevande . Vino servito senza secchielli ghiacciati , birra calda e insufficiente (dopo quasi mezzora da inizio cena diversi tavoli senza birra e vino) , per 70 persone due vassoi di frutta e due bottiglie di spumante (sempre senza secchiello ) in molti senza frutta e senza spumante . A mezzanotte ci è stato chiesto il silenzio .Se dovete fare una festa andate altrove

07/09/2024: Ci hanno servito arrosticini vecchi. Sicuramente non torneremo più.
Inoltre il prezzo alto rispetto alla qualità del prodotto.
24/06/2024: Sulla strada, nemmeno troppo visibile, locale abbastanza grande che però può lasciare odore di cucinato sui vestiti, al suo interno c'è anche la fornacella a vista per cuocere gli arrosticini. Cucina sincera e menù con alcune proposte tipiche della cucina teramana, le scelte del mio tavolo sono state: gnocchi asparagi e salsiccia, gustosi e frittura di pesce (solo il Venerdì) freschissima e leggera, cheesecake nella norma, buon vino rosato della casa. Giusto il rapporto qualità prezzo.
