30/07/2025: If you happen to be in the Teramo area, you can't miss the opportunity to visit this restaurant in Canzano, a hilltop village overlooking the valleys. Above all, it offers a menu of local specialties carefully curated by the kitchen and presented by the legendary Francesca, the "Nefertiti of Canzano," ready to advise you on the best way to enjoy the menu and show you the magnificent snow cave below the restaurant.
Recommendations: the turkey Canzanese-style is a must, but the spaghetti alla lacrima di Trebbiano or Montepulciano are even better! And if you're lucky (or if you book), the sturgeon: despite its name, it's a truly exquisite dessert that takes days to prepare, but it never disappoints!
22/07/2025: Incredible cuisine! Flavors, unique dishes, and hospitality you won't find in many places. Plus, the added bonus of a visit to the "fridge" gives this place a special charm.
First time, but surely the beginning of many more.

20/07/2025: I was assigned the innermost seat, and it felt a bit like eating at an old house. I personally like this kind of cozy atmosphere. We visited with 5 people and ordered and ate several dishes. The bruschetta was ordinary, and the liver(?) dish wrapped in leaves had a bit of a smell and was difficult to eat. The meat skewers wrapped in foil were delicious with just the right amount of salt. I visited last winter, and although I didn't remember any special service, I didn't feel particularly uncomfortable.
19/07/2025: Beautiful location, helpful staff, but I must say the same for the dishes. The filling for the Ascolana olives was forgettable, the liver arrosticini were rubbery, and we had a long wait for the mutton ones. The fried cheese was good, and the meat arrosticini, although small, were average. Unfortunately,
we noticed that the mutton arrosticini were served to those who arrived later. It was packed, and something went wrong!!! The price paid was good.

31/12/2024: Non lo consiglio a nessuno. Personale maleducato e poco cortese. Ho mangiato male. Mancava il mangiare a tavola e per averlo abbiamo subito sette camice.
